Plus the delicious cakes from the shop on site, within a few minutes I'm sitting here in front of my van, enjoying coffee and cake and I'm right in the middle of my vacation. I like that. It's not far to the lake and the beautiful forest starts right next to the campsite, where you can walk for hours and relax. Restaurants for dinner are within 10-20 minutes walking distance.NegatiivsedThe road is a bit noisy because it feels like no one keeps to the 30km/h speed limit. Those who are sensitive to this should perhaps choose a parking space below this.Vacation from the 1st minuteI hope to come here many more times. It looks clean and well-kept. In the small kiosk you can find the most important things you have forgotten at reasonable prices. Friendliness and cordiality are very important here. The pitches are in good condition and are regularly mowed and maintained.... The tranquillity and idyllic setting are perfect for unwinding. The neighboring forests invite you to hike or cycle. In good weather, the Hammersee invites you to swim. There is a Greek restaurant nearby and 2 Italian restaurants as well as the Jacob brewery restaurant in Bodenwöhr. The sanitary facilities were always clean, well equipped and available in sufficient numbers.
Only in the upper part, by the playground, would a toilet block be an advantage.
The old trees provide the necessary shade and create a great atmosphere.
The surrounding area has so much to offer for families with children, hikers and dog owners - we will definitely be back!
