We had a premium pitch at your campsite for 12 nights. It was a great stay for us. The super-friendly people, the beautiful pitch and the very nice, clean and well-kept sanitary facilities delighted us.
We ate in the restaurant almost every day and can only say: simply great!
We will definitely be back again.

We are sorry that you experienced your stay with us in this way, but would like to clarify a few points:
Our prices in the low season are around € 30 per person per day and include extensive camping comfort with modern sanitary facilities, indoor pool and other services.... In addition, the South Tyrol Guest Pass is included, which allows you to use public transport free of charge. We charge € 6 per day for dogs.
In the restaurant we do not serve simple house wine, but high-quality South Tyrolean DOC wines. A glass at € 5 corresponds to a usual and reasonable price level.
Against this background, we do not consider such a negative assessment to be justified.

Just a word about the service provided by the staff: on the day of arrival we were told that we should please heat with electricity, as the gas supply was rather poor!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on your winter stay. We would like to respond to your comments and put them into perspective:
Snow clearing: the snow blower was not in operation during your stay as the amount of snow was too small for this. Instead, the main... paths were cleared of snow with a snow broom and gritted with an environmentally friendly gritting agent to prevent ice from forming.
Premium pitch and distance: Your pitch 146 is located in the middle of the Premium area and the distance to the sanitary area was less than 100 meters.
Sanitary area: Our cleaning staff are on duty every day from 5:00 a.m. until late in the evening to ensure hygiene in our 70 pools - including 20 rental pools. However, increased visitor numbers during the Christmas period may result in increased usage.
Lighting: We are grateful for your comments on the lighting. Although no further reports have been received to date, we will look into how we can further optimize the lighting.
Sunshine hours: We understand that the limited hours of sunshine in December can be unfavorable. Unfortunately, this is a natural situation.
Heating with electricity or gas: We always pass on the information that electricity heating is preferred on arrival. It is of course possible to exchange gas cylinders or, if necessary, to borrow steel cylinders if guests have an aluminum cylinder. Many new caravans are now equipped with electric heating and our infrastructure is designed for a higher power consumption so that this comfort can also be guaranteed.

However the Premium Pitch is not a "meadow" as stated on the website. Actually it's a combination of gravel and grass. They have the gravel to avoid yellow grass when people leave the pitch. That could be a good reason to have gravel, but then the website... should state that as well. Now it's misleading, do not expect that you will get a grass pitch. We solved this by buying a thick nylon sheet in order to avoid damage to our tent. But still, the gravel is not comfortable, especially not for the sleeping area with inflatable beds.
Except for the misleading information about the pitches, it's a good location for hikes, cycle tours and fabulous views.
