The sites are wonderfully spacious and separated from one another by tall hedges, providing a pleasant sense of privacy.
The restroom building is showing its age, but the toilets and showers were clean. The layout of... the sinks took some getting used to for us. They’re located in the women’s restroom area, separated from each other by a higher wall.
The water supply and waste disposal facilities were located outside the campground and were also quite old, but they worked flawlessly.

There are many important sites and memorials related to D-Day in the surrounding area.

We received a friendly welcome and were able to pre-order bread for breakfast. The sanitary facilities were simple, typical of the country. The nearest town for restaurants, for example, is Port-le-Bessin. The approximately 6 km can be easily... managed by bike, although you have to pedal a little uphill on the way back.
