Location, cleanliness of the living barrel, and the restroom facilities

Nothing major: The bench in front of the barrel is crooked and could use some repair. I was able to fix the tilt. What I don't understand is why a campground restaurant is closed in September. It's still peak season, after all🤦 But there are plenty of good alternatives in Weiler and Lindenberg.

The campground is in a beautiful location. You really do have a view of the Alps. The campsites are nicely framed by hedges and are plenty spacious. From the front desk staff to the groundskeeper, everyone was friendly and always helpful. The restaurant was outstanding—from the atmosphere and the food to the super-friendly owners, Tina and Flo. We’d love to come back here because everything was just right, and it’s a very nice place to relax. There were wonderful bike trails, fantastic scenery, plenty to do, and a guest pass.

The access road from the main street to the campground is very narrow, and there aren't enough water spigots, so you have to reach pretty far🤣

The barrels are totally funny, but there's no shade, and it's too far to walk to the car washes or the drinking water.

The restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The restrooms were clean, and the shower had nice hot water. The staff was friendly.

The view was disappointing, and there was no pool.

The window sometimes rattled a little, but no problem—it'll be fixed! The restrooms are a bit further away, but walking is good for you
