Todo estaba impecable y muy limpio. Sobre todo las duchas y los aseos, muy bien cuidados. El personal era muy amable. Muy recomendable

Todo fue genial.

Nothing at all

We arrived on Saturday, June 27, in the afternoon and asked for a campsite. The lady’s greeting wasn’t really a greeting at all; I felt like I wasn’t welcome. We were told to pick a spot and then come back. Is this place supposed to be 5-star? It was a chaotic mess on a gravel surface and not the least bit lovingly landscaped. We came from France, and even the simplest campsite there was nicely landscaped and had hedges for privacy. The price was absolutely outrageous. Starting at €58.80 per night. No way—we fled the place as fast as we could. This is a total rip-off! Guys, don’t fall for this!!!

Hiking possibilities from the square

Compared to other places in the 5* category much too expensive and too few services

- sauna - nice staff

- Sauna fills up quickly - A lot still runs on cash here - Food in the sauna is not good

Sauna

The schnitzel used here is cheap meat glued together from leftovers

- Outdoor pool next door included - small indoor swimming pool on site - Covered play area - Water playground - Spacious climbing playground

- one evening there was a party at the sports center near the campsite with loud music until half past two in the morning but that's not the campsite's fault

- clean - quiet - beautiful pitches - great location

Unfortunately, the meat vending machine at the local butcher's wasn't there and the shop didn't have any meat products on sale either. But that's not really a bad thing, as we were still guests very early in the year.

Very clean, everything a camper needs to relax. Nice starting point for bike tours and hikes.

many stairs

Nothing this time

Dealing with customers

-Sauna area directly on the pitch -Restaurant directly on the campsite - Ideal starting point for hiking or mountain biking

- Very expensive - Electricity not included

Very quiet, clean, good opening hours of store, indoor pool and sauna, sauna very generous (1.5 h included), many leisure activities (even in bad weather), outdoor pool right next door (included in the guest card), many offers for children (play barn, playground, volleyball, soccer, animation...), very nice sanitary facilities

None

Everything was clean except for a few cobwebs. The restaurant was nice and the staff was pleasant and friendly.

The menu should be a bit more varied and change throughout the week. Soon didn't know what to eat anymore. The wifi keeps switching off and you have to log in again.

Very great sauna and wellness areas, super nice sanitary facilities, friendliness

Too bad that the sauna area is no longer included

Children's play facilities Free entry to the indoor swimming pool children's washroom

very expensive

Beautiful location

1) bad WLAN 2) Toilets cleaned too infrequently (no soap for 2 days) 3) Changing room in the sauna area dingy 4) Sauna 1,5h incl., additional payment now 2,50€/30min 5) Price increase for the smallest space +24% in 2 years 6) Reservation now only possible from 5 nights

Wellness area

Overcrowded. After 5 pm only naked in the indoor adventure pool. Indoor adventure pool is an exaggeration as it is only a small illuminated pool (Düßen). If 5 people are already swimming in it, it gets cramped! Musty smell in the changing rooms. W-LAN does not work. Partly not displayed at all - at first I thought it was because too many guests were connected. A lot of people left on Sunday but it still didn't work. Demand neighboring pitches "rarely works here"! But then please don't advertise! No good view of the Black Forest or no view at all. Theoretically, this could also be a CP site in Berlin. The crowning glory on the 5 star CPP; THE STAFF. Starting with the greeting up to the explanation of the place but the most unfriendly really already brazen was the blonde lady with the many tattoos at the reception / counter in the wellness area. Long queue at the counter - we get our turn and the speech "And you????" "3 x entry please" she slammed the ribbons on us and then said out of nowhere "whoever can read has a clear advantage! The CCp rules say €10 per person deposit" My husband and I were shocked. Our little one quietly asked what had happened to the woman. Well, in conclusion, no 5-star camping and I am sure that many have already experienced this behavior and many share our views. If you browse through the reviews, you will come across similar experiences.

The wellness area is separate and the staff is very friendly, The sauna area is beautifully designed. There are absolutely enough saunas and a wonderful lounge All in all, it can be said that parts of the buildings are very nicely designed, but basically, making money is clearly visible and noticeable.

Unfortunately disappointed: WLAN hardly works at all There are absolutely enough saunas and a wonderful recreation room. Unfortunately, the tendency to make money comes through extremely here. Not only do campers only have 1.5 hours free entry at very high prices, but the fact that there is no grace period of e.g. 10 minutes for the 1.5 hours is a bad joke. The absolutely overwhelmed ladies at the sauna reception, who also take care of drinks and food, take 5 minutes to check out

The sanitary facilities in particular are very well maintained. The sauna with a great outdoor area is beautiful. Right next door is a great, well-kept outdoor pool, which can be used free of charge with the campsite. The restaurant is also highly recommended. All in all grade: very good 👍

A little too noisy as there are lots of families with children. Could be better divided up. One side with kids and the other without, for example

Indoor pool, sauna and lots of play facilities for children. Great outdoor pool (500m walk) free entry with guest card.

Wifi coverage poor to non-existent (maybe pitch dependent?). For a 5 star site this should be a matter of course in this day and age. Especially since the network coverage (cell phone reception) is also poor. Price for parking space quite lavish, the electricity is charged depending on consumption with currently 70 c/kwh, here is diligently earned. Better leave the air conditioning switched off!
