Ideally located, pleasant place for visits to Vejle
Elongated pitch on the outskirts of the town above Vejle Fjord near the sports facilities. Also suitable for those passing through, as it is not far from the highway exit (although there is no restaurant on site). The pitches are mostly parceled out, but not separated by hedges or similar vegetation... (only ground markings). On the south side it borders on a wooded area, and to the north a local road runs alongside the site. However, there was little traffic during our visit. Quiet at night. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and clean. WLAN is only available at reception. Very friendly hostess. Bakery approx. 5-10 minutes' walk from the campsite (open 7 days a week). You can be in the city center in 10-15 minutes by bike, it takes a little longer to get back as the campsite is on a hill. Tip: to get into town by bike, it is best to cycle down the forest road directly to the fjord and then follow the water into the town center.
