"We will be back - We arrived in the evening and were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner by the owner. It was the end of the season, so the campsite was very quiet and pleasant. We were given a hut near the sanitary facilities as it had started to rain and so the walk to the shower was shorter - very nice!!! The hut was clean and lovingly furnished. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into making it as comfortable as possible for travelers. The lake is a great place to swim when the weather is better. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!

"Good stopover on the E6 - Medium-sized CP situated on an idyllic lake. Friendly welcome, even in German. Largely flat pitches, most of which are grass, some of which are a little lush, but there is also gravel. There is free choice of pitch. The disturbance caused by the nearby E6 was acceptable in my opinion, as there is hardly any traffic towards the evening. We paid 200 NOK for a motorhome with electricity. Showers cost 10,-/5 minutes. No WLAN available. Canoe and pedal boat hire. For tent guests there are enviably beautiful pitches right on the lakeshore. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit: We were here again in June 2016. In the meantime, there is free WiFi. We were about 100m from reception and had poor reception.

" - Quiet and relaxing campsite close to the E6, with good facilities. Plenty of parking spaces, very good price. Sanitary facilities very good, cabins also available for rent. Located by the lake, fishing. Near the canyon.

" - The entire parking lot is on a slope and is of the lawn type. The water drains poorly and eventually results in fields. The service building is almost 30 years old. No internet and poor reception of radio and TV. Rental of a rowing boat. No NAF etc.

Profile

Der Campingplatz Toemmerneset ist klein, einfach, aber überraschend schön und praktisch. Direkt an der E6 gelegen, nutzt ihn mancher hauptsächlich als Übernachtungsplatz. Hütten und freie Plätze zur Genüge, der Verkehr der Straße kaum bis gar nicht zu hören und die …Lage direkt am Kjerringvatnet ist sehr entspannend und hübsch. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Campingplatzbetreiber. Im hinteren Bereich des Platzes sehr schöne Stellplätze direkt am See. Außer den Camperstellplätzen sind auf dem platz verteilt 14 Hütten in unterschiedlichen Größen zu mieten. Stromanschlüsse sind zur Genüge vorhanden, allerdings keine hohe Absicherung, Kaffeemaschine wird schwierig. Die nötigsten Lebensmittel bekommt man in der Rezeption. Es ist ein Aufenthaltsraum mit TV und angrenzender Küchenzeile vorhanden mit großer Außenterasse. Waschmaschinen und Trockner sind im Sanitärhaus zu finden. Schöne Grillplätze am Wasser. Es gibt einen Kinderspielplatz, eine Sauna und ein Bodenschachspiel.
