"Beautiful location on the Telemark Canal - Beautiful location on the Tekemark Canal, good facilities with always clean sanitary facilities, camper clean station available, walking distance to the village, restaurant nearby, stores in the village, mostly transit campers, pitches as if on a "presentation plate" and therefore rather uncomfortable, trees and shrubs as well as boundaries are completely missing

"Exploring the Telemark Canal 2018 - We used this place as the first port of call for our round trip and were completely satisfied with our choice. Good starting point to get to know the history of the canal. Simple but clean sanitary facilities. Small store in the reception. Friendly staff and not overcrowded. Gladly again

"Great place on the Telemark Canal - We stayed on the site for one night with our motorhome (the last night before the end of the season, there were only four motorhomes on the site in total). The pitches directly on the banks of the Telemark Canal have a very nice location, with small bays etc. The rest of the site is just a huge meadow without trees etc. The site is beautifully laid out along the locks of the Telemark Canal, so you can stay here for longer. Although the sanitary facilities are housed in simple containers, they were among the cleanest and best we found this summer. A TOP recommendation from us!

First Camp Lunde – Telemark is located at Lunde lock on the Telemark Canal. There are generous pitches with electrical connections for motorhomes, caravans and tents. You can rent canoes, kayaks and bikes, and get tips on exciting nature experiences …along the Telemark Canal. More than 200 pitches distributed in different areas, some just grass and others with both gravel and grass. There are fantastic opportunities for hiking and walking in the surrounding area. The site is within walking distance from Lunde lock and park and Lunde town centre with bus and train connections and shopping.
