"Wonderful central base for exploring Cornwall - This quiet, beautiful and clean campground is beautifully central in Cornwall, making it a good base for exploring Cornwall. What made this campsite really special for us was fantastic information from manager Richard. When he heard that we are walkers we got many tips about the most beautiful places in Cornwall that are not always known to tourists. We were also informed about the best pubs, restaurants and the best ice cream. Mainly thanks to him we experienced an unforgettable week at Tehidy Holiday Park. We will definitely come back!

"Nice central location for excursions - This campsite is very centrally located and offers excellent opportunities for exploring Cornwall. The pitches, which are laid out in terraces and are very level, are excellent. The site and facilities are in top condition. The owner couple are very nice, friendly and helpful.

" - We stayed at Tehidy Holiday Park for a total of 2 weeks. On the day of arrival we were welcomed by Richard and provided with important information. The entire park is in perfect and clean condition. Richard and his team are very helpful and super friendly. Tehidy is the ideal place from which to explore the whole of Cornwall. Set in the famous and historic tin mining area of Cornwall, it provides a peaceful and relaxing base from which to explore Cornwall’s spectacular coastline and main tourist attractions. Tehidy Holiday Park has been developed to a high standard and includes a range of clean and modern facilities to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The children’s play area has trampoline, swings, climbing frame and a wood cabin games room. The park has a shop/off licence and payphone, games room with television, pool tables, board games and library, a laundrette. Super fast braodband powered Wifi is available.

The A30 provides good access. Leave the …A30 on the Redruth exit, turn right towards Porthtowan, then follow the Portreath signs. Turn left at the crossroads, drop down onto B3300 crossroads, straight over, up hill past the Cornish Arms public house and down into the valley. Tehidy Holiday Park is on your left, after the 30mph sign.
