"After the death of a campsite tenant - After the death of an annual camper, the relative and heir wanted to take over the annual pitch. They drove to the campsite to discuss this with the operators. There they were received in an unthinkable and inhumane way. They were not even offered condolences but were immediately told "we don't want you here!!!". Although the heir, the son of the deceased, had been visiting the campsite for three years. They asked the operator for the contract. The answer was that there was none. The son then went to the caravan. The operator then came to the pitch and asked the son to leave the pitch as he was trespassing and had no right to be here!!!! This kind of behavior is not correct!

"Very nice, everyone very nice, gladly again:-) - As described above, we felt very comfortable. Children welcome! Dogs no problem. The wash houses are getting on in years, but clean and functional. Hot water always available, toilet paper and soap too. Well maintained grounds. Owners very nice and helpful, always on site and responsive to questions and requests. We would love to come back, thank you very much for everything. The Karmann family

"Thank you Sonnencamp😉 - We came from Graz with a tent and will be back next year. It will be our third time there. Everything was great for us as a small family with one child. Our daughter is 4, and if you're traveling without friends or other children then you'll make friends there at the latest. For us, it was the most relaxed vacation ever. In bad weather, you can go on short hikes in the area or drive to Klagenfurt for sightseeing. When the weather is nice, you can go swimming directly at the campsite or drive to Lake Klopein etc.. There are many ways to spend your time in the area, you just have to want to. All in all, a big thank you to the operators for this relaxing week. See you next year.❤️

"Beautiful facility - Without any prior planning, we drove towards Carinthia with our dog and our small caravan (Puscherl). On the way, we searched the internet for a suitable campsite where caravans and dogs were welcome. Even the first selection and the telephone enquiry seemed suitable for us. It was not a bad decision. A beautiful, well-kept campsite by a bathing lake and with a dog area. Wooded all around and the only noise comes from the singing birds. You can walk your dog along the well-maintained paths or along the edge of the forest. Above the treetops you have a beautiful view of the mountain panorama. You are in the middle of campers or permanent campers and yet you don't feel cramped at all. There is plenty of space for our caravan and car and we enjoy the the quiet, undisturbed stay. Further plus points: Friendly staff and friendly tenants. Restaurant and store on site. Cleanliness is perfect. Free access to the adjacent Basesee lake with sandy beach. Further shopping facilities available in the nearby village. To summarize: Everything is SUPER, just drive here and see for yourself.

Welcome to Carinthia´s most child-friendly camping ground. It is the only ground which has been rewarded with "4 Bären" (bears). There are 2 lakes. Special offer for newcomers: at your first stay, 1, 2 or 3 days free of charge …for the whole family (please ask for coloured brochures and coupons). Trips by slow trains, a mini-club organizes varied programmes every week. There is also a farm offering pony-riding and animals to caress (ask for coloured brochures and special offers).
