"A place to explore the Lofoten Islands - Stayed there for two nights to explore the Lofoten Islands. Very nice reception. As a storm was forecast, we were given a very good pitch where we were quite sheltered. Thanks again for that. We were there during the night with few campers. Located off the road on a beautiful headland with a great view 😀. We would come again 😊.

"Fjord Island Camping - The site is picturesquely situated on an island in the fjord, with only a narrow connection to the mainland. You can choose your own pitch, usually with a view - by the fjord, by the pond, gravel, asphalt, sand. Small playground, sanitary facilities and kitchen ok, but somewhat undersized and partly outdated. Paid showers. You have to be prepared for strong gusts of wind. Insects were limited.

"short stay - We stayed here for one night. A very nicely located site that offers everything you need. Sanitary facilities are clean, there is a great barrel sauna that is heated with wood (costs extra). Very nice operators. All in all, we really liked it here

"Campsite with pond - Some pitches are located around the pond. Visually beautiful, but the mosquitoes. You should be aware of this with a standing body of water. Not parceled out. Free choice of pitch. Good sanitary facilities. Sufficient in number and always clean. Very quiet, although only a few hundred meters from the road. Great views in some places. Price: car+caravan+electricity+shower+2 people+dog = 250 Nkr.

"Pearl on the Austnesfjord - Beautifully situated on a headland in the fjord. Just far enough away from the E10 to avoid the traffic noise. The site offers space for an estimated 30 motorhomes/caravans and also has nice areas for tent guests. We received a very friendly welcome in English and were able to choose a pitch. The pitches are mostly unparceled and mainly on gravel. At the end of August, we paid NOK 250 for a motorhome with electricity and 2 people. The washing machine and dryer cost NOK 25 each. Fishing is possible from the shore. The nearest supermarket is 16 km away in Svolvaer. This was our 4th time here and we will be back again.
