"Super Zeit dort verbracht - Zu Beginn verlief die Buchung schon mal treibungslos, mit einer zeitnahen Rückmeldung 👍 Bei der Anmeldung vor Ort haben wir auf nette, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter getroffen. Unsere zugewiesenen Platz war ideal für uns und unseren Wohnwagen ohne Mover. Selten so saubere Sanitäranlagen vorgefunden. Die auch gefühlt stündlich gesäubert wurden. Bei Fragen oder der Buchung eines Fahrrades wurde alles möglich gemacht. In unserem Fall ging es um ein defektes E-Bike. Auch zu später Stunde wurde uns ein E-Bike für den anderen Tag zugesichert. So konnten wir unsere geplante Tour doch noch fahren. Brötchen waren erschwinglich, geschmacklich gibt es Luft nach oben😉 Was super an diesem Platz ist, ist der direkte Zugang zum Ossiacher See. Mit kleiner Liegewiese, kleinem Sandstrand und auch Zugang für SUPs. Nach Touren eine Abkühlung...herrlich. Uns hat auch keine Einkaufsgelegenheit am Platz gefehlt. Die sind meist eh überteuert. Kuchen, Eier, Milch, Joghurt, Eis gab es vor Ort zu erwerben. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei einem nochmaligen Urlaub am Ossiacher See, würden wir diesem Campingplatz wieder Buchen.

"Sehr schöner CP direkt am Ossiacher See - Wir (2 Erw. u 2 Kinder) waren für 3 WO auf dem CP und sehr zufrieden.Der CP ist in Terrassen angelegt und liegt direkt am Südufer des Oss.Sees.Er ist Park ähnlich angelegt und in überschaubarer Größe. Es gibt einige größere (Familien) Stellplätze im oberen Bereich in Nähe der Straße und des Spielplatzes sowie 3 größere TOP Plätze im unteren Bereich am Strand bzw. Strandnähe.Generell habe die Stellplätze im unteren Bereich teilweise eine tolle Sicht auf den Oss.See. Ansonsten sind die Stellplätze teils recht klein und die Wege auf dem Platz recht eng. Für größere Gespanne ist es manchmal recht schwierig zum Stellplatz zu kommen. Die Anlage ist sehr, sehr gepflegt und sauber!! Im oberen Bereich gibt es ein zentrales Gebäude mit Sanitär, Spülbecken und Waschmaschinen. Hervorzuheben ist, dass die Sanitären Anlagen immer sauber waren. Es wurde den ganzen Tag über von morgens bis abends geputzt!Die Rezeption befindet mit einem kleinen Cafe (morgens frische Brötchen auf Bestellung) logischer Weise auch im oberen Eingangsbereich.Ansonsten gibt es aber am Platz direkt kein Shop oder Imbiss/Restaurant.Hier muss man zum Nachbarplatz Berghof (ca. 200 Mtr. entfernt); dort gibt es einen Spar Supermarkt, ein Restaurant und Take away (Tiefkühl)Pizza und Wiener Schnitzel.Es gibt zwei Strandbereiche: 1x für Boote, SUP usw. und 1x der normale Bereich zum Schwimmen. Sehr gut: kein öffentlicher Strand sondern nur vom CP !! Das Wasser ist toll zum Schwimmen und hatte in unserer Zeit ca. 27°C !! Gegenüber des CP auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es Sportmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Beachvolleyball. Allerdings wird das Gelände unserer Meinung nach eher stiefmütterlich behandelt.Dafür gab es aber täglich Kinderanimation.Positiv ist die Ruhe auf dem CP (Nachts ab 22h wie aber auch tagsüber) und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Familie Lauritsch und Mitarbeiter.Hier ist der Gast wirklich noch HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN!!Wir können den CP absolut empfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!

"Heerlijk verblijf gehad op camping Mentl - Heerlijke week gehad op camping Mentl. Vanaf de camping zijn er veel activiteiten te plannen en goed bereikbaar. De camping ligt heerlijk aan het grote meer met een perfecte watertemperatuur. We hebben heerlijk kunnen zwemmen. Het sanitair op de camping is schoon en de douches zijn heerlijk! De broodjes service is perfect. Misschien zou de camping in de toekomst een simpel restaurant kunnen opzetten voor een simpele hap. Nu is er niks af te halen of verkrijgbaar. Voor de rest geen aanmerkingen. Hele fijne camping.

"Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche - Das Sanitärhaus war zu jeder Zeit picobello sauber, das Team Rezeption, Kaffee, Gelände herzlich und sehr bemüht. Der Campingplatz ist gut überschaubar und der Strand sehr schön. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

"Welcome to Strandcamping Mentl. Surrounded by the mountain Gerlitzen and ""The Ossiacher Tauern"" (a mountain range) the idyllic lake Ossiacher See is located in the centre of Carinthia. Clear water, warm water-temperature (28°C), clean air and southern climate will please …campers and nature-lovers. The well looked after camp site provides parking spaces parcelled out for campers with electricity, partly a direct water supply point and sewer. There is also a modern, heated sanitation facility with a nursing room for babies, single washing-cubicles; adapted for handicapped people; washing-machines, tumble dryer, ironing facility. For children we provide two playgrounds, a water-slide and entertainment. For our sporty guests, hiking- and cycling-tours (many cycleways), morning exercises and various ball games are offered. Fishermen will love Ossiacher See. In our own fish stock you can catch pikes, carps, pike-perches, catfish, eels and more. In July and August weekly barbecue parties with live-music take place in the evening. Café-restaurant Tamara offers national and international cuisine. The camp site itself provides a buffet. Various sights, destinations and hikes are nearby because of the central location of the camping ground. With the ""Kärnten-Card"" you can visit these destinations and use the shipping and mountain railway and pay a reasonable flat rate. If you want to know more about us, we are available to you.
