"nice place with extremely unfriendly owner - s.o. I recommend everyone not to have any contact with the owner. He definitely has a problem with dealing with guests.

"Ms - Nice in general. old standard, but very clean. Shop, restaurant, playground. Very very friendly staff. Tenting place too close to highway an noisy all night due to that.

"Very suitable for a short stay - Well suited for a short stay, a little more difficult with children, even if there was a children's party. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food and restaurant on site (also take away). We were there as a couple for the weekend and went cycling.

"Nice people, simple place - We tried the sleeping cabins - they are okay in terms of price/performance ratio! However, the mattresses are a disaster! You can feel the springs of the spring mattresses when you run your hand over them and the third bed was an old army bed with a foam mattress that really stank. That's really borderline! The place around the sleeping hut could be cleaner (the grill still had meat leftovers from the previous tenant, the hedge should be cut, in one corner there was dog feces from previous tenants - all this does not have to be!) The sanitary facilities are good and the people were all friendly and nice. Unfortunately the lake was closed but it was easy to cycle to Brahmsee and swim there.

"Beautiful place with lake - Beautiful lakeside site with its own kiosk, restaurant and snack bar. The nearby dog meadow is perfect for families with dogs. Showers and pitches are currently being renovated. I would visit this site again.

"Worth it for a weekend - The site is beautifully situated, the lake is really great. The sanitary facilities are old, but well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, there are "rumble spots" everywhere on the site, which doesn't look particularly nice. There are also a lot of vans and trailers from the party service around, which doesn't look very nice. But the operator seems to be doing something, we are excited and will be back.

Der mittelgroße Seecampingplatz BUM liegt idyllisch am Borgdorfer See im Naturpark Westensee, in etwa auf halber Strecke zwischen Hamburg und Flensburg. Der ebene Platz hat 240 parzellierte Stellplätze für Touristen und Dauergäste sowie 12 Stellplätze für Wohnmobile. Die Anlage hat …gepflegte Grasflächen und einen schönen Baumbestand. CAMPING MIT KOMFORT IN DER NATUR Der Campingplatz hat gepflegte Sanitäranlagen, vermietet auch Wohnwagen und Schlafhütten und ist gut erreichbar: Denn von der Autobahn A7 sind es nur zehn Autominuten zu Seecamping BUM.Familien und Paare sind auf Seecamping BUM genau richtig. Jugendgruppen zelten in einem extra Bereich, sodass alle Gästegruppen den für sie passenden Wunsch-Campingurlaub genießen. Praktisch: Durchreisende Camper mit Wohnwagen erhalten einen Stellplatz, auf dem Sie ihren Caravan am Auto angekoppelt lassen können. Aber nur eine Nacht zu bleiben, wäre eigentlich schade: Denn dafür sind die idyllische Natur, das Platzprogramm und die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten viel zu interessant. BADESPAß UND GENUSS Am Seestrand wird nach Herzenslust gebadet und von den Kindern im Sand gebuddelt. Die Kids freuen sich auch auf den campingplatzeigenen Spielplatz. Ein Beachvolleyballfeld und Bolzplatz sindebenfalls vorhanden. Das Restaurant mit Biergarten am See bietet Getränke und leckere Gerichte an. An der Rezeption versorgt ein kleiner Shop die Gäste mit Brötchen und Artikeln des täglichen Bedarfs. In der nur fünf Autominuten entfernten Kleinstadt Nortorffinden die Gäste Supermärkte und Discounter, Fachgeschäfte, Bahnhof, Ärzte und gemütliche Restaurants und Cafés. Die engagierte, freundliche Campingplatzleitung gestaltet über das ganze Jahr ein abwechslungsreiches Programm für die Gäste, von Sportturnieren über Kinderspiele bis zu lustigen Festen mit leckeren Spezialitäten, passend zur Jahreszeit. ERLEBNIS-AUSFLÜGE Von Seecamping BUM aus erreichen die Gäste bei Wanderungen oder mit dem Fahrrad viele Highlights des mittleren Schleswig-Holsteins. Zum Beispiel die Arche Warder, einen Tierpark für historische Haustierrassen: Besonders Kinder lieben den riesigen, kuscheligen Poitou-Esel, die kroatischenTurpolje-Wasserschweine, zahlreiche Hühner und Streichelziegen und vieles mehr. Auch der Nord-Ostsee-Kanal mit der Rendsburger „Schwebefähre“ ist schnell erreicht. Bei Radtouren am Kanalufer können die vielen durchfahrenden Schiffe aus nächster Nähe beobachtet werden. Der Brahmsee, an dem sich schon Ex-Kanzler Helmut Schmidt beim Segeln und Sonnen erholte, und die Kunst-Skulpturen im Nortorfer Park liegen gleich um die Ecke. Mit dem Auto geht es an die Kieler Förde, zum Beispiel an den feinsandigen Ostseestrand in Schilksee oder nach Laboe. Hier am Marine-Ehrenmal kann direkt am Strand auch ein U-Boot besichtigt werden. Ebenso gut erreichbar ist die Westküstenregion von Schleswig-Holstein: zum Beispiel der Traumstrand von St. Peter Ording an der Nordsee, das Storchendorf Bergenhusen oder das von Holländern erbaute Friedrichsstadt: ein „kleines Amsterdam“ mit schönen, historischen Patrizierhäusern, wo sogar Grachtenfahrten angeboten werden., WILLKOMMEN IN HOLSTEIN!
