"Amazing campsite, we loved it - This is beautiful place, very good localization between all important sightseeings around. Calm camping on the edge of a village, cold refreshing river accessible from the place, feeling of freedom. All stuff you need is here, showers, wifi, small kitchen, even a fridge and electricity - and that's all in one price (and the price is low)! Very nice. For a fee, you can wash your laundry. The owner is nice and caring guy, giving you freedom. We planned to stay here 2 nights and at the end we stayed 5 :) We were able to travel from here to all POIs here - namely Mostar, Radimlja, Daorson, Blagaj, Kravica, Jablanica, Medugorje. Best camping in BiH so far for us.

"Као у "стара" времена - Веома сам задовољан кампом. Са једне стране атмосфера као у стара "југо" времена. Осећаш се безбедно, опуштено, међу пријатељима. Са друге стране све је на услузи, чисто и функционално, тоалети, кухиња... За младе Wf за нешто старије романтична обала реке. Све што вреди у долини Неретве на дохват руке: Благај, Житомислић, Почитељ и наравно Мостар. Када поново прођем кроз Мостар - ово је камп за мене.

"Beurteilung CP - Unser Campingurlaub in Buna im Rivercamp war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Eine individuelle Betreuung erlebt man heute kaum noch. Zu jeder Zeit konnten wir unsere Fragen an Gaga den Besitzer des Platzes richten. Die Umgebung von Buna mit vielen Höhepunkten in Bosnien wie Mostar, Blagaj usw. die ruhige Lage am Fluss wo ein echtes Entspannen möglich ist, ..Wir können nur sagen: Sobald als möglich kommen wir wieder. Danke Gaga.

"Great hospitality! - Well located place for excursions to Blagaj to the Buna spring or to Mostar - including transport organization by the operator. Very friendly and very helpful. Nice shady river bank, otherwise little shade and little infrastructure - but plenty of space, kitchen with fridge and very clean toilets! Recommendation!

"Small recommendable place by the river - The family-run campsite is a good starting point for a visit to Mostar. The operator is also happy to drive you there and give you tips on recommended restaurants. The sanitary facilities are simple but clean. The meadow pitch is level with little shade. There is a small footbridge to access the river.

Profile

Welcome to River Camp - Half Island in Buna! We are a peaceful family run campground short before Mostar, directly at the river Buna with a beautiful view of the mountains. We are locals and know the area very well …and are happy to supply you with information about all the interesting sights close by. Interesting places you shouldn't miss are Mostar (5 min by car, 15-20 min by bike), Pocitelj, Blagaj, Medjugorije, waterfall Kravice, Mogorijelo and there is Hutovo blato, a natural resort park as well as the Medieval necropolis at Radimlja. You can go swimming in the river, rent kayaks close by or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape all around the camp. The camp is simple (we try to keep things as natural as possible) and has space for around 40 campers as well as tents. We have a small kitchen with cookers, oven, 2 fridges and all the kitchen utensils you will need. There are four toilets and showers that are cleaned on a daily basis. There is electricity connection and Wifi all over the camp ground as well as there is a water connection for your campers. Interested? Come and visit and we promise you will always remember your time with us!
