"Ideal for sightseeing and relaxation - The site offers peace and quiet and is the ideal starting point for excursions to the sights in Cornwall, which are generally 25 to 35 km away. The site is very nice and clean and offers around 80 spacious pitches. The sanitary facilities are modern, clean but too small. 3 to 4 toilet cubicles are not enough, as many families with tents rely on them. A small kiosk offers bread, milk and drinks. Shopping is possible at Tesco in Redruth, 10 minutes away by car. There is also a recreation room with table football and pool table. The beach is a 20-minute walk away or you can use the site's own free shuttle service. If you don't want the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. Due to the location, cycling and walking the dog is a dream. During the school vacations in England, booking is essential as the site, like almost all in Cornwall, is fully booked. Nevertheless, as I said, the site is quiet. The camp can also be reached by larger caravans via the narrow side roads that are common in England. Conclusion: Any time again!!!!
