"One week postage - The site benefits from its location close to the Port (old town). Small, unshaded pitches. Sanitary facilities outdated but clean. We paid €38 a night (Caminginfo average price €17.50?) and stood on a minimal pitch in the sun. The restaurant was completely overpriced, just like the campsite. Ready-made pizzas, dishes of the day and burgers are not recommended. Staff were courteous and friendly. The Huffys will not be back!

"good location, very close to the beach - We spent two nights here to visit Porto, which is easily accessible by bus. The main sanitary building is very outdated and not suitable for my hygiene requirements. However, there is a sanitary building by the pool, which was above Portuguese standards, so I used that. No one else, which was nice of course. Shopping facilities could be reached on foot (approx. 1km). The beach is very nice, but not suitable for swimming as there are strong waves. Airport flight path, which we didn't hear (it was very windy during our stay).

"Location ok, the rest is ok - This place clearly lives from its location. It's less than 20 minutes by bike along the beach promenade to Porto's old town. It is also a stone's throw by car, cab or public bus. However, the place itself is not so convincing. It is very narrow, not very green. Many of the water dispensers on the paths do not work and the sanitary facilities are a bit outdated. This also makes it difficult to clean them, which leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness. You can rent an iron, but it costs 3 euros. There is a small store in reception where you can buy the essentials, but no bread. The nearest store is 1.3 km away. All in all, the site pays well for its location. With the ADAC discount, the price here is still just under 25 euros (with electricity, bus and 2 people).

"Super location - Neat place with a great location on the beach and promenade. 7 kilometers by bike or bus to Porto. Only the price, as with all Orbitur pitches, is clearly too high. 30 euros is simply too much in the low season.
