"A very nice little quiet place - The site is ideally located if you want to visit the Floriade in Almera. It's about 30 minutes by bike. There is a good pancake restaurant nearby with lots of tasty dishes. The staff are very nice, they hardly speak any German, but you can communicate well in English. Otherwise you just have to use your hands and feet ;-) Amsterdam is not far away either. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the pedestrian zone of Almere city.

"Easy camping in the countryside - We received a friendly welcome at the campsite. Some German is spoken in addition to the local language. The rest works with English. We had a reservation. Our pitch was occupied by tents that had been pitched incorrectly. We got immediate help from reception and were given several other pitch options. The campsite is surrounded by trees and borders a small wooded area. The monkey station, tropical house, climbing park, restaurant and labyrinth are all within walking distance. Amsterdam is 25 minutes away by car. It is an ideal starting point for bicycle tours. We liked the place so much that we extended our stay. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in green surroundings, this is the place for you. We were happy to put up with the basic sanitary facilities. And it has on de Kemphaan
