"Uitstekende camping - Wij kwamen voor enkele dagen, maar zijn er meer dan 2 weken gebleven. Heerlijke camping om te onthaasten, zeer schoon en vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij komen waarschijnlijk weer terug.

"Mio ruhig gelegen mit ländlichem Charm - Ein sehr sauberer Platz mit Stromsäulen und Wasser. 2 Mal wöchentlich Esswerkstatt, In der näheren Umgebung der Sonnenlandpark , Schloß Lichtenwalde und Augustusburg, Am Autobahnabfahrt Chemnitz Ost Tankstelle , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Mc Donalds.

"Kleine Oase auf dem Hügel - „Zufahrt nur durch das Gewerbegebiet“ klingt erst mal richtig gruselig, ist es aber nicht. Denn wer die kurze Querung hinter sich hat, dem eröffnet sich schon, was ihn erwartet. Der Blick in die grüne Ferne. Und an deren Ende wartet der MiO. Ein kleiner, feiner Platz auf einer Hügelkuppe, auf der meist Wind aus West/Südwest angreift. Circa 20 nicht parzellierte Stellplätze, alle mit eigener (Achtung!) 10A-Steckdose, im Kreis um eine den Insekten übereignete Blumenwiese angelegt, liegen hier in der Sonne. Die Stellplätze sind sehr groß und recht eben, der Rasen gepflegt kurz. Wasser gibt es an mehreren Stellen auf dem Platz, unter anderem an einem freistehenden Abwaschbecken mitten auf dem Platz und den üblichen Abwaschplätzen an der Außenwand des Hauptgebäudes. Was von außen wie eine alte Scheune scheint, die man vergessen hat abzureißen, entpuppt sich beim Betreten als modernes Multifunktionsgebäude mit Speisesaal, Terrasse und Sanitärtrakt. Letzterer ist großzügig eingerichtet, modern dreifarbig gefliest und immer sauber. Großzügig heißt: ja!, endlich eine Duschkabine, in der die Sachen garantiert trocken bleiben, einfach weil sie weit genug weg hängen. Wenn man aus der Dusche kommt, findet man im Gang die Meldeliste für den Brötchendienst; verlässt man das Gebäude, hört man vielleicht mal eine Kuh aus der angrenzenden Milchviehanlage, von der man aber aufgrund der Windrichtung höchst selten geruchstechnisch daran erinnert wird, dass Milch nicht im Tetrapak wächst. Ausflugstipps für Familien sind der fast schon fußläufig erreichbare „Sonnenland“-Freizeitpark und bei schlechterem Wetter die „Zeit-Werk-Stadt“ in Frankenberg. (Für Vati: hier steht einer von nur drei gebauten Prototypen des Barkas B1100). Bis Chemnitz und Mittweida sind es ca. 15km, bis nach Kriebstein mit Hafen, Staumauer und Burg etwas mehr als 20. Radfahrer sollten hier aber E-Antrieb oder wirklich kurze Übersetzung dabei haben.

"entspannt und unkompliziert - Wir haben 2 Nächte statt der geplanten einen Nacht verbracht, weil der Campingplatz eine unglaubliche Ruhe ausstrahlt und zum Entspannen einlädt. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge mit dem Auto sehr gut geeignet (Augustusburg, Schloss Lichtenwalde, Burg Kriebstein …). Man kann saisonales Gemüse direkt aus dem Garten kaufen, Frühstück mit selbstgemachter Marmelade in der Esswerkstatt genießen und den Kindern beim unbeschwerten Toben zusehen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind neu, stets sauber und immer zugänglich.

"Kleiner naturnaher Campingplatz für Ruhe und Entspannung. - Ein kleiner naturnaher Campingplatz ohne Parzellen. Sehr ruhig hinter einem Gewerbegebiet gelegen. Nur ab und an hört man mal einen Traktor oder die Kühe der benachbarten Milchviehhaltung. Aber wir sind ja auf dem Land, da gehört das dazu. Nicht sehr weit weg gibt es noch den Sonnenlandpark für Aktivitäten mit Kindern.

"Klein und ruhig - Ruhig gelegener kleiner Campingplatz mit gepflegter Sanitäranlage. Geruchsbelästigung konnten wir nicht feststellen. Ja, morgens fahren hier Traktoren, waren aber nicht als störend wahrzunehmen

Profile

We are a small, family-run campsite situated between Chemnitz, Dresden and Leipzig. Great place to discover formerly East Germany. The pitches are on grass with panoramic views of the hilly landscape. The campsite is part of a farm and accordingly …close to nature, organized wilderness, so that butterflies and birds also feel at home with us. Pitches and paths are of course mowed regularly. A meadow orchard and a vegetable garden belong to the camping. In the herb patch of the camping everybody can help himself, whereas in the garden the vegetables of the season can only be bought. For a small financial contribution you can get a gardening and herb guide. There are 24 spacious non-parcelled tourist pitches equipped with electricity and water and 16 trekking pitches. In the completely renovated wooden barn is the sanitary facility, reception and dining workshop, all equipped with underfloor heating. There are 6 showers, 6 WC's and 2 urinals, 4 of which are family showers with washbasins. For people with disabilities, there are shower and WC adapted accordingly; all doors are wheelchair accessible and without thresholds. In the diningroom "Esswerkstatt" you can have breakfast and/or dinner by appointment. Hot and cold drinks, with or without alcohol, can be enjoyed at any time and without appointment in the diningroom "Esswerkstatt" or on the covered terrace. There is a bread roll service.
