"So don't - Not clean really very dirty and no amenities.No Wi-Fi and also the house and rental cottage needs considerable maintenance .

"Far too expensive for short breaks - The sanitary facilities are very outdated. We were there in the fall and they were not heated. The entrance door is always open and so cold, animals and whatever flies around get in. Unacceptable with children. The toilet itself was clean though. The courtyard also needs some renovation and the fact that the garbage cans are standing around openly is not so nice either. Overall, everything is quite run down, the playground is unkempt. E.g. weed bed in the sandpit. the owners were quite friendly. Mainly permanent campers. Pitch itself quite nice, but the fuse kept blowing and then you had to let them know. Pleasant is the proximity to Middelburg City. Only 10 minutes by bike. It wouldn't have been so bad if the price had been reasonable. But 30 € per night for such a wash house is not acceptable! We only stayed because my parents-in-law had rented the bungalow and we didn't want to vacation separately.
