Bad weather, end of season, ghost town

The setting, very pleasant staff.

The heated pool didn't work, the mobile home was full of dust and animal hair, and the bedding was of very poor quality, with a spring mattress that you could feel in your back. Instant water heater either burns you or freezes you. No heating in the bedrooms at night at 8 degrees, it's too cold even with the heater on in the main room.

We had a pleasant stay. The setting is magnificent The accommodation is top-notch. And the staff very nice and welcoming. Thank you, we'll be back 😃

Nice stay in a pleasant place

Problem: the air-conditioning is badly placed and makes a lot of noise inside at night, making it hard to sleep.

Friendly welcome Cleanliness of campsite and accommodation Beautiful lakeside location. Well-maintained green spaces. Stayed in September, so very, very quiet, few holidaymakers. No activities (normal given the season).

If you appreciate peace and active relaxation, I can only recommend this beautifully laid out campsite, which is looked after by very friendly staff. I will be back again.

Peace and quiet in a magnificent setting

Catastrophic launch and the temperature of the heated pool was too cold.

Pleasant campsite in a beautiful setting: lake, greenery, well shaded. Smiling welcome, good welcome at the bar too, with the lovely Aveyron accent. The pizzas are huge and very good, as are the burgers. It's a pity the area around the lake isn't landscaped - I'm sure that would be a plus for your campsite.

A squeegee for the shower enclosure and a mat on the floor outside the shower are missing.

The calm

The stay would have been excellent if, as in other 4-star campsites, wifi had been available in the mobile home

Excellent welcome on arrival, very professional staff, attentive to our needs. Perfect accommodation, bright and clean, well equipped (kitchen).

A beautiful swimming pool, very pleasant and heated for children, that's a.plus. Pleasant, helpful staff.

There was no room at the restaurant on the evening of our arrival because the terrace had been closed due to the risk of rain, which considerably reduced capacity...for the record, the rain arrived at 4am...The next day, pizza without mushrooms! There were none left, and yet...0 customers!

Sanitary facilities are dirty and poorly maintained. Electrical connections and water points are poorly distributed. There is no night lighting, which is dangerous. The pool is unsupervised, and the slides are left to the free pleasure of holidaymakers, with all the risks and abuses that entails. Lousy welcome! Poorly maintained campsite, hygiene more than questionable. Supervision and discipline on the campsite are non-existent: young people on bicycles, in particular, ride through the alleys with a speed and provocation that endanger walkers, children, animals...

Entertainment.....swimming pool.....restaurants.....spaces in front of the lake.....
