"Camping site of superlatives - We stayed at this campsite for 14 days. Arrived 1 day early and extended 1 day. The reception was super nice, as were ALL the staff, from the gardener to the cleaner. The sanitary facilities were cleaned 24 hours a day, so always super clean, even when the site was full during the Whitsun weekend. We had a really great pitch (E53) with a view of the Adriatic. The pitch was surrounded by hedges so we didn't have to put up a dog fence. The ground on the pitch was made of crushed gravel, which was a real advantage on 2 rainy days. However, pegs had to be hammered in, so our plate head screws didn't stand a chance. ( was no problem for us ) From our pitch it was only 2 minutes to the area where the dog could do his business in peace (from other pitches you walk a maximum of 5-7 minutes) We called this exit "Rue de la Kack". Everyone went here with the dogs, but they also kept everything clean. The dog beach was not big but ideal for four-legged friends. It was made of gravel, so it wasn't a beach where you had to cross rocks to get into the water. We were lucky that the sunbeds and umbrellas were free during our stay. All in all 5 stars worth, we will be back.

"Almost a rip-off - Deliberately booked the luxury "Bella Vista" Mobile Home. 5600 € for 16 days, smallest version. When you open the door you immediately see the torn leather back wall of the bed and when you go in you see the large holes in the curtain. A youth hostel is better equipped. So impossible: The restaurant is also to be avoided. The cook is probably also the gardener

"Summer vacation 2025 - The campsite is well signposted and has wide access roads. Online check-in is possible and saves valuable vacation time. The check-in lane for caravans and motorhomes is very short and behind a bend, so there are few options for late arrivals. The pitch numbers are clearly visible and correspond to the description in terms of size. their size. The cleanliness on the pitch is superb, it is cleaned from early in the morning until late at night and attention is paid to small details (such as flowers in the toilet/shower area). The beach bar invites you to linger with soft sounds (with a view of the sea). There is the option of a small snack by the sea from a food truck. The access to the sea is via steps. The town of Krk is easily accessible via a small adventure trail (there is also road access). It is also possible to reach the town by bus or cab boat. Supermarkets are about 2.5 km from the campsite. The supermarket on the campsite has all the goods you need for your daily needs. The beach is relatively narrow and slopes quickly. Conclusion: The price segment is high (but I knew this when I booked), but justified.

"Great campsite by the sea - We have been to this campsite very often. campsite very often. We like this campsite very much. very well. Great bakery with delicious baked goods. Small mini market, but depending on the season not always always so much choice and quite expensive. You can walk very nicely and it is also not far to the town of Krk. Great sanitary facilities that are very clean. They are cleaned several times a day. For us, everything is just right at this campsite. And our dogs like it here too. The sea is great here. Great dog beach. WLAN throughout the site. The pitches are a bit different, there are very nice pitches nice pitches, some are not so nice. But that's also a matter of opinion, I think. Most of the pitches are gravelled.

"We were very satisfied - We have never been to a Valamar premium class campsite before. The campsite partly has the character of a park, very well maintained, sanitary facilities always clean. Showers and individual washing cubicles are spacious. The campsite is relatively small, but this is not a disadvantage. Due to the hillside location, some of the pitches are terraced and therefore often have a sea view. Most of the pitches are also suitable for vehicles/caravans > 7.5 m. The friendly staff offered us the opportunity to choose a pitch from three different areas. We opted for a pitch in area A, the upper area of the terrace pitches. This area is virtually opposite the reception. Behind it is a small supermarket with really full shelves. I'm mentioning this because we've often had different experiences outside the high season. Two steps below our pitch is one of two sanitary buildings. Just below it is a space for events, as well as sales stands such as bakeries, souvenirs, etc. This is followed by the restaurant and the pool with its own children's area. There is a pebble beach by the sea and a dog beach, which is so well maintained that you can swim here with your dog. The town of Krk can be reached on foot along the sea in about half an hour. It's also not far by bike, although it's quite an uphill ride from the campsite. This is not uncommon on Krk. Of course, all this comes at a price. The pitch costs are correspondingly high. The discount with my Valamar customer card came in handy. We really liked it here, we think you can still spend relaxing days here even when it's full.
