"Alt aber Ok - Ein in die Jahre gekommener Campingplatz mit viel Charakter. Zentral Gelegen bietet er einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in diverse Attraktionen wie Joschkas Gläser Paradies oder dem Waldwipfelweg. Als DCC Mitglied sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

"Sehr gut sehr empfehlenswert toller Campingplatz - Sehr entspannt und ruhig. Ganz toller Campingplatz . Sanitär sollte erneuert werden Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Sie sind sehr dahinter das alles seine Ordnung hat . Ich kann den Platz mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Wir werden noch sehr oft dort hin fahren. Angebot ist ausreichend. Respekt an das Team vom Campingplatz Knaus Viechtach macht weiter so und ihr werdet uns noch sehr oft sehen. Spielplatz noch einbisschen erweitern. Rutsche sollte noch kommen dann wäre der Spielplatz perfekt . Wie gesagt sehr toller Platz

"Sehr zu empfehlen, besonders für Hundebesitzer - Wir haben uns auf dem Campingplatz in Viechtach sehr wohl gefühlt. Die sanitären Einrichtungen und der Campingplatz selbst waren immer gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter vom Campingplatz waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind gut zu erreichen und es ist auch ein kleiner Shop für das allernötigste vorhanden. Die wunderschöne Gegend tut natürlich das Übrige.

"Solider Campingplatz - Das Restaurant direkt am Campingplatz (Saloon) ist nicht sehr gut. Gleich ums Eck ist jedoch ein tolles Lokal, das Gasthaus Waldblick. Leider schwer zu sehen, wenn man es nicht weiß

Dog-owners with caravans or mobile homes can book special dog pitches at the campsite in Viechtach. As the pitches are fenced there is no need to keep your dog on a leash at the pitch. For guests without their own …camping equipment mobile homes are available for rent with dog kennels and dog blankets. A large playground, a show-jumping course, lots of dog gates and paths and its own pond for dogs ensure that the four-legged guests do not get bored. And for our two-legged guests there is also a wide range of leisure activities on offer. A play area, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant with beer garden, barbecue huts, table tennis and beach volleyball guarantee variety and relaxation. A good network of paths is available to guests for long walks and bike rides - with or without their dog: for example to the Höllenstein reservoir or to the Grosser Pfahl nature reserve - Bavaria's no. 1 geotope NOW NEW! Dog training at the KNAUS Viechtach campsite! ""On holiday most people have time to look after their dog more intensively"", knows Elke Ujj from KNAUS Viechtach campsite. ""That is why we have been offering our guests regular dog training courses since the start of May."" For those who want to try agility, clicker training or dummy exercises, they can do so under the professional supervision of an experienced dog trainer - alone with their dog or in a small group.
