"5 sterne zu hoch gegriffen! - Toiletten sehr sauber! Aber Kanalprobleme Stank bestialisch!!!!!!!! Schwimmbad erschien mir schmutzig überall Türe und Tore offen immer Durchzug im Hallenbad. Für mich kein 5 sterneplatz Nochmal weiss ich nicht? Personal und alles andere war gut.

"Toller Familien CP - Sanitär zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber super sauber, geheizt und mit Desinfektionsmittel an den Toiletten. Schwimmbad sehr gut, sonst alles da, Snackbar, kleiner Lebensmittelladen und dezente Kinderanimation. Vom Gefühl her glaube ich das der Anteil der Mobile homes immer mehr zu nimmt. Das Camperareal wird im Verhältnis immer kleiner. Der Platz wird gerade vergrößert, alles Mobile homes - schade.

"Hatte bestimmt mal 5 Sterne - Naja die Sanitäranlagen sind runter gekommen die Duschbrausen ein Witz da man den Duschknopf festhalten muss. Überall stinkt es nach Kanal. Haben Heine schönen Spielplatz im oberen Bereich der untere Spielplatz gehört aus Sicherheitsmängel geschlossen. Mein Eindruck ist das birkelt immer mehr Mietbunker aufbaut und alles übrige für normale Camper vernachlässigt. Für Hund gibs nichts auf dem Platz außer Kotbeutel

"Schöner Camping für Familien - Wir waren über Himmelfahrt für 3 Nächte hier. Kosten pro Nacht 40,- Euro für 2 erw. + 1 Kind + Campingwagen auf einem Standardplatz. ————— Positiv: der Platz war großzügig bemessen, schön bewachsen mit Hecken und alten Baumbestand. - Trotz voller Belegung Saubere und ausreichende Sanitäranlagen - freundlicher Empfang sowie nette Bedienung im kleinen (teuren) Lädchen. - Schöne Spielmöglichkeiten für Die Kids - Super Ausflugsmöglichkeiten im 30 KM Radius —————— Negativ: kein Late Check-out möglich, auch nicht gegen Bezahlung, obwohl der Platz stark geleert war - Schwimmbad sehr stark gechlort, Wasser verunreinigt, sehr laut, überfüllt, trotz Vollauslastung nur Öffnungszeiten von 11-19.00 Uhr. Fazit: Speziell für Familien mit Kindern empfehlenswert.

"mobilhome - Wir hatten ein Mobilhome für 4 Pers. Dusche 2 Betten und ein Doppelbett waten vorhanden. ALS Zudecken gab es nur Decken. Ich rate eigenes Bettzeug mitzunehmen. Im April gab es leider kein Reiten für Kinder, was sehr schade war und bemüht hat sich auch keiner was zu ändern. Viele Spielplätze und Indoorspielplatz. Schwimmbad vorhanden, aber sehr kalt im April. Auch die Innentemperatur war eher was für Hartgesottene. Essensmöglichkeit direkt am Camping, ansonsten muss man fahren. Im Mobilhome gibt es kein BACKOFEN. Relativ kleine Töpfe. Glasgeschirr. Dusche und wC getrennt. Alles Fenster im Schlafbereich haben Verdunkelungsrollos und Fliegengitter. Das war richtig gut. Grosse überdachte Aussenterrasse und Gartenmöbel. Wäscheständer, aber keine Wäscheklammern, die man mitbringen muss. Auto kann vorm Mobilhome abgestellt werden. Fernseher mit einigen dt. Programme.

Profile

In the Mullerthal, in the eastern part of Luxembourg, is where you will find camping Iris Parc Birkelt. A large 5-star campsite situated at the top of a hill, a few kilometres outside Larochette. The setting in the middle of …nature is an attraction but the campsite offers so much more. On this campsite you will find an excellent covered swimming pool and a large sunbathing lawn where you can enjoy relaxing in the sun or reading a good book. Luxembourg - a country with vast woods, picturesque villages and hilly vineyards. It looks a little like the north of France or the Eiffel, yet the country is called 'Little Switzerland' due to its steep rock faces. These were created by river water cutting out deep cliffs in the rocks. The Mullerthal is a good example of this. Visit the large ruin of the Beaufort.
