"sehr empfehlenswert - sehr freundliche Gastgeber mit Restaurant, kleine Snaks und Kuchen, Kaffe Getränke. Alles sehr sauber, grosse Stellplätze auf Wiese, div Grillstellen, Ruderboote zum mieten, oder Sauna, Whirlpool, Waschmaschiene/Trockner. wollte eigentlich nur 2 Nächte bleiben, bin aber 4 geblieben. Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert, so macht Campen Spass Preis Leistung absolut OK Duschen ohne extra SEK und heiss Vielen Dank für den tollen Service Würde wieder vorbeikommen Liebe Grüsse Walter

Profile

Hammarstrands Camping. Beautifully situated campsite between Östersund and Sundsvall near the village Hammarstrand on the river Indalsälven in Jämtland, Sweden. We are a small campsite with 32 spacious caravan/camper pitches with Electra. We have a separate tent field for more …peace and quiet. We rent 4 four person stuga's/ cottages 25m2, 2 two person stuga's/ cottages 16m2 and 1 luxury stuga/villa 45m2 with private shower, toilet, kitchen and TV. A private beach for swimming in the Indalsälven river. We have a nice and clean heated sanitary building with 5 free showers and 7 toilets, a separate laundry facility with washer and dryer to quickly wash away the holiday laundry. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with two electric cooking units with ovens, microwave, and enough space to do the dishes. We have a café with a covered terrace where you can have a snack or coffee, (FIKA), or a delicious Swedish ice cream. Dogs are more than welcome. In the river Indalsälven you can go fishing or explore the river by canoe or boat. These can be rented at our campsite. In the months of June, July and August the adjacent heated swimming pool can be used free of charge. There is plenty to do in the area both in summer and winter some examples are, Döda Fallet, Thai pavilion, various hiking trails, fishing, loppis, geocaching. (for more summer/winter activities check out our website) The campsite is situated in the middle of nature yet close to a small village with all the facilities you could wish for.
