"Quiet place - The site is nestled in peaceful surroundings, but there is plenty to explore. Hameln, Bad Pyrmont, Höxter and several other towns have excellent town centers that are very well maintained and steeped in history. Campers will find a very well-kept and well-equipped sanitary building on the site. The staff are always very helpful. Catering and wellness facilities are available on site.

"Pleasantly quiet location - Our classic car club held its annual meeting at the campsite. The individual members had their allocated pitches right next to each other. The washroom facilities were clean and good. There is a restaurant on the banks of the Weser with a well-stocked menu and decent food. Checkin and checkout at the machine went smoothly. However, electricity is billed and activated separately at reception. The banks of the Weser are a great place to relax, as you are far enough away from the nearest major roads and can only hear nature. Hameln is close by and easily accessible. The village store on the other side of the Weser, which is easily accessible via the nearby Fahre, is just as a village store should be.

"Very good place directly on the Weser - The place now costs 28 euros per night, but in view of the services offered still very acceptable - the site operators were always nice and friendly, always cleaning themselves from morning to evening, sanitary facilities of the finest and always clean, great bread service, the location on the Weser for cyclists really great, although the bike path even goes through the square and probably bothers some campers - the ferry directly behind the square allows a quick change to the other side of the Weser, very good restaurant included For some people, the automatic pay station and getting electricity is a bit complicated, but this is explained in detail on the information sheets. Electricity could be a bit cheaper. All in all: highly recommended

"Super short vacation on the Weser - For a short vacation of 1 week our choice fell on this pitch directly on the Weser . A good choice! In addition to the good location , this place shines by well-kept facilities , a modern and always well-maintained sanitary building and super friendly and always helpful staff ! Many thanks for this to Barbara Uthe , Sophie , Mrs.Austria and her colleagues ! This impression is rounded off by the cozy inn and the super nice staff.

"Great location directly on the Weser cycle path - We have a seasonal pitch and are often here for a few days. It's very quiet during the week, but often noisy at the weekend. The whole site is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly. There are almost unlimited excursion possibilities, both to towns and into the countryside. The view from the pitches is wonderful. Shopping facilities are about 6 kilometers away and there is a bread roll service on site.
