"In the countryside and close to the city - CP in the countryside. Close to the town. Can be reached by bus in 30 minutes or by bike in 15 minutes. Pitches suboptimal. We stood directly on the road in a concrete bulge and had about 3 meters of space in front of us. The sanitary facilities are ok. The restaurant is very good. Bread roll service only from 9am, but good bread rolls.

"Great campsite in the countryside and yet close to the city - A very, very nice campsite! You are in the middle of nature and yet you can be in the city of Groningen itself relatively quickly with a great walk through the city park. And that in turn can be used for great sightseeing tours. We really enjoyed it, and I've also published a short on my YouTube channel Van4us (Stadspark Groningen - our pitch at the campsite). We will definitely be going there again.

"Perfect place - Perfect CP to explore the city and the surrounding area. Nice staff, great sanitary facilities. ATTENTION: Toilet paper not at the toilet, but in the anteroom to take individually. It makes sense to always have enough! As the campsite is surrounded by water, the ground is very soft. Therefore, you are pulled onto the site with a tractor. There are separate parking spaces for cars. The town is 15 minutes away by bike. Shopping facilities not directly nearby.

"Top place - Very nice quiet place. Nice operators, good food. Quickly into town by bike. Large pitches on a green meadow, you can order bread rolls. Sanitary facilities very clean and well maintained. Showers free of charge, without coins, cards or or others. Caravan is brought to the pitch with a brought to the pitch with a tractor because the ground is very soft. It's nice because there are no cars driving around.

"Close to the center of Groningen in the countryside - Great location in a beautiful park. Quiet and only a few minutes to the center of Groningen by bike. Friendly campsite operator. Good accessibility from the A7 in a few minutes.

"Not quite cheap - We received a very friendly welcome from the site manager, who personally accompanied us to our pitch after completing the formalities and providing us with tips and tricks. The pitches are large, you stand on paved ground and yet in the middle of the lawn. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and clean. We didn't test the catering facilities on the pitch (we had already "dined" in the town), but they made a pleasant impression from the outside. We had a good night's sleep here and were provided with everything we needed, but at a price that was too high for my taste considering the occupancy rate. And remember, camper van drivers greet each other.
