"A place to relax in the low season - Very nice, very large pitch. Friendly staff, exemplary sanitary facilities, absolutely quiet. Ideal for relaxing and hiking. At the end of April/beginning of May you are virtually alone on the campsite during the week (a bit like "The Shining" ;-) ), so the supermarket is closed, the restaurant unvisited, but the cafeteria/bar open. So rather something for self-catering. Bread is available to pre-order at reception. A few Spaniards come on Saturday and Sunday to spend the weekend, there is also entertainment for the little ones, but all within reason, quiet at night. Nice pool, but -> swimming cap compulsory! It's 5km to the shops/beach, so you should be mobile on site. From the beginning of the summer vacation in Spain, all hell should break loose here.

"A small oasis in nature - We actually wanted to use the Ria de Arousa campsite by the sea. But it was closed unannounced - for 2 days. In the end, it was a lucky coincidence. After a bit of searching, we found the Ria Arousa II Rural. A beautiful site in the middle of the Galician countryside, with eucalyptus and cork trees. The site is relatively large and has a lot to offer in high season. From quad biking to a large swimming pool, as well as a restaurant on the site, everything is available. The restaurant was even open for us in winter and we were able to eat delicious mussels. The sanitary facilities are some of the best I've ever experienced in Spain. Large, spacious, with background music, toilet seat and toilet paper in the cubicle (which is not a matter of course in the south). The sanitary facilities certainly offer more than enough space, even in the high season. The pitches themselves are very spacious and separated from each other by hedges and shady trees. There is a sufficient supply of drinking water. Waste separation is also implemented.
