"No luxury, but everything is fine - We were looking for a place near Llubljana - and found it. Velenik Planina is also only 10km away. You can get to Llubljana in 50 minutes by bus (5 minutes on foot) for €1.30. We liked it 30€ for 2 people in the low season.

"Great - We had Ljubljana in mind. The camping reviews there persuaded us to look further afield. That was exactly right. It's a 30-minute drive to Ljubljana and you can park at Tivoli 2 for 0.80 euros an hour. Kamnik is a small town with everything you need for shopping in the outer districts. The site is very well laid out. I found the sanitary concept very good, clean and inviting. We paid 27.20 euros per night with a small acsi discount of 5%. 2 adults, caravan, car, electricity.

"Perfect starting point in a beautiful little town - Highly recommended! especially if Velika Planina and Ljublijana are on the program. What's more, the place is very cheap for what what it offers!

"Beautiful, well located, friendly, clean - We received a friendly welcome and were allowed to choose a pitch. The site and the sanitary facilities are very clean and tidy. The church bells in the village ring a bit early for our taste, but otherwise quiet.

"Good starting point for Ljubljana and Velika Planina - Find a nice spot on a flat, well-kept meadow with a few trees and check in in the evening. The new showers are great, but only in summer temperatures as they are open. The old showers and toilets are no longer in the latest style, but are well maintained. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk from the campsite. From there, there is an hourly train to Ljubljana. This costs just under €11 for two people there and back. The free parking lot for the cable car up to Velika Planina is about 15 minutes away. Both tours are highly recommended. The square is an ideal starting point.

"Good and quiet - A very nice campsite, clean, quiet, relaxing, friendly. Good location with shops and restaurants nearby.
