Chalet, dilapidated, unkempt and dangerous... Toilet blocked 3 times in 15 days with sewage rising in the bathtub ... impossible to take a shower. The shower curtain is brown with grime at the bottom... unhygienic. No hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom, not even behind the door... The walls of... the bedrooms, WC and bathroom are made of dark brown chipboard, making the rooms dark. There are no curtains in the children's bedroom, as the curtain rod has been ripped out and never replaced, and the shutters don't close properly, as the locks are rusty. The furniture in the kitchennette in the living room has been hastily assembled. None of the cupboard doors close. The refrigerator door scrapes the floor, which has been damaged by friction. The stainless steel block in the kitchen, which houses the sink and 2 hotplates, does not meet safety standards. When you wash the dishes, the water runs down to the hotplates, and the whole stainless steel block (right down to the bench) is hot when you cook...
