This campsite lies in the midst of the green heart of Austria, sheltered by hedges on 3 sides. It is a highly recommended starting point for hikes to the near and distant surrounding countryside. The Rote Wand, Drachenhöhle, Bärenschützklamm and … Lurgrotte or the lovely hills of the Teichalm are amongst the most favourite tours. Frohnleiten, a historic place near Graz, is called “Perle des Murtales” by Styrian experts. The picturesque market town offers a lot of cultural events and is a destination always well worth a visit for the whole family. Of course, Graz, the provincial capital of Styria, is at close range, with its southern charm and its extensive cultural activities. A golf course is nearby, a leisure centre with fun pool just a short walk away.
