Die Region Lot, in der sich der freundliche Campingplatz La Truffière befindet, ist durch sanft gewellte Kalksteinplateaus mit Höhlen und tiefen Flussschluchten gekennzeichnet. Der unter Eichen gelegene Platz bietet große Stellplätze, eine angenehme Atmosphäre und einen Panoramablick auf das Tal. …Er ist ein idealer Ort für alle, die Ruhe und Frieden suchen. Das hügelige und manchmal abschüssige Gelände ist großzügig angelegt und die Eichen spenden reichlich Schatten. Die Stellplätze befinden sich auf Terrassen mit schöner Aussicht oder auf einem flachen Grasstreifen. Der Boden ist ziemlich hart. Es können authentische Holzchalets gemietet werden. Das attraktiv gestaltete beheizte Schwimmbad liegt zentral und ist von der Sonne beschienen. Es gibt auch ein Kinderbecken. Es gibt viel Platz zum Entspannen in der Sonne: Rundherum stehen Liegestühle. Sie können auch im Fluss Lot schwimmen: Ein Strand mit Schatten spendenden hohen Bäumen und Rettungsschwimmern ist nur fünf Autominuten entfernt. Hier können Sie auch ein Tretboot oder ein Kanu mieten. In der Mitte des Geländes befindet sich ein sehr großes Spielfeld mit u. a. Trampolinen, einer Bocciabahn, Tischtennisplatten, einem Volleyballfeld, einem Fitnessparcours, einer Hängebrücke, einer Kletterwand und Spielgeräten. Die Kinder haben viel Platz und können sich lange beschäftigen. Es gibt auch Unterhaltung (Schatzsuche, Basteln, Spieltage). Während der Hochsaison können Campinggäste an einer Bootstour oder an gemeinsamen Wanderungen teilnehmen. Es gibt ein einfaches Restaurant mit einer kleinen Speisekarte, eine Bar und eine Terrasse. An der Rezeption befindet sich ein kleiner Laden mit einem begrenzten Sortiment und einem Brötchenservice. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 19 km entfernt.
