Beautiful place in the middle of Perigord-Noir
This campsite is located on a hill (and is therefore also called "The Hill - La Butte") directly on the Dordogne. It offers around 160 pitches, including some mobile homes. Tip: If you are staying in a tent, choose a pitch that is as straight as possible. Entertainment is offered on various evenings,... often lasting until midnight in high season (karaoke, bingo lotto, disco, clowns, etc.). If you prefer to go to bed early, it is better to choose a pitch further away from the main building. The sanitary facilities are clean, there are toilet bowls and squat toilets. The Dordogne can be reached from the campsite via a steep flight of steps along a grotto. Swimming in the Dordogne is possible. Baguettes etc. available on site from 8:30 am after pre-ordering the day before. Campsite owners and staff very friendly. English spoken well. Information in German not yet available.
