"A nice campground surrounded by nature. Winterswijk is easily accessible by bike. - Het Wieskamp offers not only long-term campsites and bungalows, but also a beautiful meadow for travel trailers and RVs during vacation stays. Two guests share a bathhouse, so it’s nice and private. There are also wooden bungalows available for rent, which are well-equipped and feature their own terrace. There are several playgrounds and a swimming pool on the grounds, making it ideal for families with children. The town of Winterswijk and Lake Meddo are both within a 10-minute bike ride.

"Capfun Wieskamp - We’ve been coming back to this campground year after year—it’s a really wonderful place for our family. It’s not too big and is beautifully situated among the fields of Winterswijk. You can easily bike anywhere, whether it’s into town or to the swimming lake. It’s just always fantastic. As a family, we recommend this campground if you prefer a quieter setting. We give it *****.

"Wieskamp very bad campsite, miserable attitude of the receptionist. - I booked a pitch with private sanitary facilities. On arrival, it turned out that there was a large, sunken metal drainage basin in the ground directly in front of the private sanitary facilities for waste water from motorhomes and caravans. This was not indicated on the campsite map. The motorhome must be parked on the other side of a through road to about 20 campsites. There you are in a kind of parking lot. So if you want to go to your private sanitary facilities, you first have to make sure you don't get hit by a car, and then make sure you don't trip over the sump in the floor. Certainly not unimaginable at night and therefore a dangerously unsafe situation. Informed the receptionist that we did not want the pitch and that we wanted another pitch. There is no other place and no effort is made to find a solution. The reservation is canceled and my money is refunded. After my comment "Now I can drive 200 km home", they respond with a casual shrug of the shoulders. It is outrageous that Wieskamp still wants to earn money with such a bad place. The uninterested casual reaction of the receptionist shows that the customer and the safety of the customer are not important to the Wieskamp.

"Super Super Super - A soccer pitch with 8 pitches, each pitch with its own sanitary room with shower, washbasin and toilet, electricity (included), fresh water, connection for cable tuner, shaded by tall trees and lots of peace and quiet ... For us, this was "campers paradise". Very nice site with lots of permanent campers and well-kept pitches, the walk across the site was always nice. Very friendly staff, bread rolls for sale at reception, restaurant, small swimming pool, playgrounds, everything that makes a camper's heart beat faster. We've been there several times and will be back again in the future. Great for cycling, beautiful countryside and the town of Winterswijk near the campsite is great for strolling, shopping or just stopping off at one of the many restaurants. This campsite and the surrounding area with its Dutch flair are places to slow down and relax.

"Relaxation at a fair price - For the 2nd time here - large parking space for caravan and car - clean sanitary house right on the square - friendly staff - good restaurant offer - by bike quickly (5-10 min) in the center.
