"PPlatz is very quiet and beautifully situated, sanitary an imposition - The site is in a very nice and quiet location and the town, which is well worth seeing, is within easy walking distance. The small store and the restaurant are also to be rated positively, as is the friendliness of the staff and the bread roll service. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are very outdated, unclean and unkempt. Apparently something was repaired from time to time, but the overall impression is very poor. I didn't feel like showering there, everything is unkempt and neglected. Are they saving on staff and costs here in the off-season, even though the site was still busy at the end of September? The site does not deserve three stars, unfortunately, more could be made of it. I cannot recommend it and will not visit it again despite its good location.

"City campsite - We stayed at the campsite for one night with the caravan. We were last there a few years ago, in the meantime the reception and restaurant building has been rebuilt. Perhaps a new sanitary building is also planned for the future, then there will be a better overall rating.

"super-friendly operators - We have been here regularly since 2019. Very friendly staff, pitches are big enough for our caravan and car, sanitary building is older but clean. Lunch time from 12.00-14.00 o'clock. ACSI and ADAC cards are accepted. Dole itself can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, you will find everything for daily use, shopping street with various stores and restaurants, cafés etc. Suitable for relaxing as well as for exploring, the region is worth seeing.

"Gemoedelijke camping - Very nice camping nearby center of dole. Good prices. Friendly staff. Speak English and a bit German. Bread you can order by reception for the day after.

"pleasant transit station near the old town - The campsite is perfectly adequate for one or two nights. Unfortunately, the path along the Doubs near the sports facilities is partly littered. The old town is charming for an evening stroll.

"Too good to stay just one night - Extremely friendly and helpful lady at reception. Spacious pitches with or without shade. Free choice of pitch. There are special pitches for bicycles and motorcyclists with tents. Well-kept grounds, nice pool, 1.5m deep. No separation by gender in the somewhat outdated sanitary building at the back. Toilet seats and toilet paper available. The sanitary facilities are cleaned daily. Conveniently located on the Doubs, on the outskirts of Dole and on the Rhine-Rhone cycle path. Dogs are welcome, bathing facilities for dogs in the immediate vicinity. Good starting point for excursions to Dijon (approx. 50 km), Besancon (approx. 40 km), the Loue valley (approx. 30 km) or simply cycling along the Rhine-Rhone canal. Not a luxury site, but a reasonably priced site with everything you need as a camper.

Die Anmeldung befindet sich mit einer Rollstuhl Auffahrt und einem Restaurant mit Tischen und Stühlen vor der Tür gleich am Eingang vor der Schranke. Das Restaurant öffnet am Nachmittag bis in die Abendstunden. Mit einem Swimmingpool und zwei Sanitärgebäuden und …einer Service Station für Wohnmobile ist der Platz ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Die Stellplätze befinden sich auf Gras oder Kies und sind mit oder ohne Schatten und Strom versehen. Frischwasserstellen befinden sich am Eingang der jeweiligen Camping Alleen und sind mit dem Auto anfahrbar. Einige wenige Stellplätze verfügen über komplette Service Stationen (Wasser, Strom und Abwasser). Ein Weitläufiger Stadt Campingplatz mit Internet. Die Historische Stadt mit seiner Cathetrale ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Campingplatz entfernt und deshalb ein beliebter und sicherer Standort für Durchreisende. Mit dem Angebot an Chalets und bewohnbaren Zelten, welche im Innenbereich mit Geschirr und Bettwäsche zu bewohnen sind, ist der Campingplatz auch für Urlauber ohne Wohnmobil wie geschaffen.
