Het recreatiebospark ligt te midden van bossen, akkers en weilanden. Recreëren op …allerlei manieren. Het unieke van recreatiebospark "de Reehorst" is, dat ieder naar eigen wens kan recreëren. Wilt u het hele jaar door recreëren in een prachtige stacaravan c.q. chalet, dan is deze mogelijkheid aanwezig . Zo komt U naar deze unieke locatie: -A 1 Amsterdam/Hengelo, bij afslag Lochem snelweg verlaten, vervolgens de weg naar Lochem vervolgens bij Lochem aangekomen bij de eerste rotonde die U tegenkomt, gerekend vanaf de snelweg, linksaf en vervolgens na 100 …meter rechtsaf richting Vorden, dan na ongeveer 6 kilometer de borden "de Reehorst" volgen en na 800 meter heeft U deze unieke locatie bereikt. -Vanuit Zutphen rijdt u richting Winterswijk, door Vorden heen, of via de Rondweg, richting Ruurlo over de spoorlijn, waarna u de tweede weg linksaf neemt. Dan volgt u de pijlen op de ANWB-borden "Reehorst". -Vanuit Doetinchem rijdt u tot de rotonde, rechtsaf richting Ruurlo, daarna borden "Reehorst" volgen.
