"Great campground for the little ones! - This was our third year in a row at this campground, and once again we had a wonderful vacation. The kids (ages 3.5 and 6) had a great time again; they loved playing with other children at the playground in front of our tent or at one of the other playgrounds. So the kids were well entertained, which meant we could also spend plenty of time doing nothing and just relaxing. As for the facilities: the pool is great. It’s nicely laid out, which makes it perfect for young children. It was very hot for a few days, so we went to cool off by the little lake. In the evening, when it got a bit cooler, the kids could still let off some steam in the indoor playground. We had another wonderful vacation. Awesome!

"Great vacation - We had a wonderful vacation. The indoor pool has fun figures that squirt water. The swimming lake has a sandy beach with a playground. There are play structures scattered throughout the campground—they’re really fun. The mascot, Mel the Ram, made the whole experience even better. There’s also a little train called Bello that goes around; the kids got a free ice cream when we rode on the train. We enjoyed a delicious meal and drinks on the terrace. It was truly a wonderful vacation!!! We’ll definitely be back.

"A really nice campground for kids - This is definitely a campground we'll be coming back to. There's plenty to do in the area. It's a great place for hiking and biking.

"Nice Campground - We really enjoyed our stay at Camping De Rammelbeek! The campground is wonderfully peaceful, especially in the evening once the kids are in bed. The new restrooms and shower facilities are clean, modern, and well-maintained. There’s plenty to do for families: fun activities for the kids, a nice playground, a swimming pool, a swimming pond, and even a fishing pond. There’s also a convenient camp store for any (forgotten) groceries and a snack bar for a quick bite. One minor drawback we noticed was that you have to pick up your own food and drinks in the restaurant. On the other hand, we understand that this is often due to the staff shortages many hospitality businesses are facing these days. All in all, a lovely, well-rounded campground where peace, conviviality, and entertainment come together perfectly. We’d love to come back again!

Welcome to Camping De Rammelbeek, a friendly and child-friendly family campsite in the green surroundings of Twente. Beautifully situated alongside a peaceful stream and surrounded by nature, the campsite is a wonderful place to relax and explore the area. You …can start a scenic cycling or walking route directly from the campsite. Charming towns such as Ootmarsum and Denekamp are nearby, as is the German town of Nordhorn, just across the border. Camping De Rammelbeek is a true family campsite and is particularly suitable for families with children up to around 12 years old. There is plenty of fun both in and around the water. Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool with spray park or, on warm summer days, enjoy the recreational lake with its sandy beach. Even when the weather is less favourable, children have plenty to do in the large indoor playground. The campsite also offers several outdoor playgrounds and sports fields, a small petting zoo and a fishing pond. During the holiday periods, an enthusiastic entertainment team organises a variety of fun activities for children. Comfort and convenience are also well taken care of. The campsite has a restaurant and good sanitary facilities, with private sanitary facilities available at some pitches. If you would like to explore the surrounding countryside, bicycles are available for hire and several beautiful walking and cycling routes can be followed directly from the campsite. There is also plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Nature lovers can walk or cycle through the beautiful Springendal, known for its forests, rolling countryside and picturesque springs and streams. The Bergvennen nature reserve and the Singraven Estate are also well worth a visit. For a relaxing day out, explore the artistic town of Ootmarsum, visit Denekamp or cross the border into Germany to discover Nordhorn and Bad Bentheim. In Bad Bentheim, you can visit its impressive historic castle. Families will find plenty of attractions nearby as well. Popular options include Het Hulsbeek recreational area, the Cosmos Observatory, the Groot Twentsch Maize Maze and De Waarbeek amusement park. Nordhorn Zoo and the various playgrounds and family attractions in the region also make for great days out with children. In short, Camping De Rammelbeek is an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday!

Vanaf camping de Rammelbeek kun je prima een mooie …fiets- of wandeltocht maken in de omliggende natuur. Zo zijn er bijvoorbeeld bingoavonden, karaoke, zeskamp, beachvolleybal en worden er ook uitstapjes buiten de camping georganiseerd zoals het bezoeken van een bierbrouwerij of de sterrenwacht.
