"Camping only for emergencies - Camping L'ile du Roi has made it to last place by far in our long-term ranking of all the campsites we have visited. That's quite an achievement. Unfortunately, we had to visit the campsite in summer 2022 because all the pitches in and around Paris were full. Nothing is really right on the campsite. The immediate surroundings are terrifying (crumbling buildings, dubious neighbors in plots). The campsite itself is totally run-down. The reception is only manned occasionally and has absolutely nothing to offer. Neither information nor anything for your physical well-being. The sanitary facilities are a disaster (and we are not particularly squeamish about this). Most of the visitors to the campsite are obviously alcoholic long-term campers or fitters. The nearest train station in Triel sur Saine is ideal for a trip to Paris. However, it is around 6 km away and can only be reached by car or bicycle. For five euros, you can get from there to the city center in around 45 minutes. Our tip: Make sure you try to find another campsite for your Paris vacation. It doesn't get any worse than this.

On y trouve des emplacements pour tentes, caravanes et camping-cars, ainsi que des mobil-homes tout équipés. Sur place : …une petite guinguette, des jeux, de la pétanque et une ambiance conviviale. Un lieu parfait pour se détendre, profiter de la nature et découvrir la région en toute simplicité
