"Ideal for city tours - 1. Auxerre is a really great city. 2. the city should decide where the pitch should go. 3. opposite the pitch is the stadium of AJ Auxerre. 2nd league. So non soccer fans should look at the schedule.

"Quiet town square - The campsite is ideal for 1-3 nights. It is only a few minutes by bike to the quay, the historic center and the restaurants of Auxerre. You can make wonderful cycling trips along the Yonne. The campsite is quiet despite its proximity to the town. The pitches can be chosen freely and offer a choice for all needs (shady to sunny, various sizes). It is advisable to head for the newer sanitary building and pay attention to the location of the power sources (cable length!) The bread service offers a very appealing selection. The sanitary facilities are very clean, but have neither toilet paper nor soap dispensers.

"Good space close to the city - Quite large municipal directly opposite the AJA Auxerre soccer stadium. Several supermarkets approx. 2 km away. The old town of Auxerre, which is well worth seeing, is about 3 km away. Level pitches, which have good surfaces and offer little or more shade, although the pitch numbering is not always clear. Very quiet at night. Good and clean sanitary facilities. The site is well maintained and is also suitable for a stay of several days. No WLAN. Inexpensive: ~ 17 € as a comparison price.

"Good city camping - Located right next to the sports stadium, relatively quiet despite the city location. By bike about 10 minutes to the city center. There were no catering facilities on the pitch, no drinks either - but no problem as shopping facilities were not far away.

"A nice "stopover" for us - The course is located about 25 minutes from the center, right next to the stadium. Beautiful path along the river to the town. Spacious pitches, partly shaded, but poorly marked. Allegedly stood wrong, but after us others were also looking for their assigned place, sometimes in vain. Sanitary facilities dated but clean. Bread roll service on site.

"good camsite - Good and cheap campsite. Beautiful city isn't so far away. Nearby is great city swimmigpool. Employer are sympatic over speak english.
