"Completely renovated—great! - We had a great vacation with three families who traveled together on Superior campsites that we were able to reserve right next to each other when we made the booking. The campground was completely renovated and refurbished last year. Absolutely fantastic! Everything is very modern and clean. You can completely ignore the negative reviews from the past! Both pool areas are super clean. There are plenty of free lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as in certain areas on the beach. There are plenty of different dining options available. A shuttle boat runs every 30 minutes to Rovinj and back. 5& per person per trip. But it’s also great for walking or biking. The restrooms are kept clean all day long by hardworking staff. Even in the days following the heavy rain that really took a toll on the resort, they did everything they could to keep the facilities free of mud. Red mud is absolutely common in Croatia. You have to be prepared for it. Unfortunately, we weren’t, so we left two days early. They refunded us for those two days immediately and without any questions! Thank you very much!

"Great CAMPSITE - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic campsite. It is extremely well equipped, with completely new sanitary facilities and everything a camper could ask for. There are also plenty of great amenities for children and guests travelling with dogs. The hospitality was first-class. Every member of the team was welcoming and helpful from check-in until the end of our visit. A special thank-you goes to Suzy—she was exceptionally kind and attentive and is, without a doubt, the very best at reception!

"All in all a 3 - Unfortunately, all the plots are sloping and of different sizes. After the storm that damaged many trees, it took ages to clear up. The main thing is that the employees are constantly driving back and forth on their scooters.

"Large campsite that is currently being modernized - The campsite is located about 4 km northwest of Rovinj, in a beautiful location between olive groves and a beautiful coastline. The campsite has been and is currently being modernized, which currently has the disadvantage that there are construction sites and there is currently no market. The expansion of mobile homes is being driven forward. It was very loud in the area of the apartments, which could sometimes be heard far into the campsite, apart from that, very quiet despite the size of the site (low season!) The sanitary facilities are already very modern, beautiful, well planned and always clean. The cleaning team is extremely attentive. The same applies to the reception team: very friendly and service-oriented. (In the low season) you have the option of choosing your own pitch from a list provided by reception (ask if necessary: I initially had an allocated pitch, which was the worst possible option for me as a tent camper = completely stony). The plots are bordered with relatively young plants, some of them are being newly planted and are therefore not usable. The subsoil of the plots varies from stony to grassed over. Overall, the site is very nicely designed. The campsite currently (!) also has pools, a restaurant (breakfast, dinner), a bistro (in the afternoon), various sports facilities and a small modern playground. However, I did not use these. There is also a fruit and vegetable stall with very friendly staff, where you can also buy a "divine" truffle cheese. There is a bus station directly in front of the reception and a direct connection to Rovinj. There is also a regular boat taxi service to Rovinj. The town can also be easily reached on foot or by bike and is definitely a must-see. The hinterland offers several walking and cycling paths.
