"Awesome 360 Views. Will be back for sure - A rail line passes by about 60 or 70 meters from the part of the site that is located next to the fields i.e non lake-side. This didn’t bother us.

"more than 21 nights not desired, as tourists are preferred! - unfortunately our booking confirmation, for 5 weeks, is not treated as a binding contract by the management! 1h later we received an email that they have just decided that only 21 nights max. can be booked, as they prefer tourists!

"great, well-kept campsite right on the lake - The first contact on the homepage is already a pleasure, super set up, problem-free reservation and fantastic pictures, which are then confirmed on site. We've really been to a few campsites, but we've rarely experienced such nice and courteous people as we did here. It started with the telephone contact and continued on site. Everyone from reception to the cleaner was really nice and friendly, and the lady in the store deserves a special mention, she was just great. We were taken to the campsite and told that we could register later when there wasn't so much going on. The sanitary building is superbly equipped, with plenty of showers and wash cubicles. Like the whole campsite, it was always clean! Bread roll service with pre-ordering and plenty of choice in the store. The surroundings and the lake are a dream. There are very nice excursion destinations all around, e.g. the ride on the Rothornbahn is highly recommended, there are also great gorges and beautiful waterfalls. We also visited Bern and Thun, both beautiful towns for strolling and shopping. The campsite is definitely recommended and we would go there again and again!

"Highly recommended - Really great campsite. If you arrive and the reception is closed, you can simply look at the map at the information desk to see which pitches are still available, choose one and register later. Very quiet location, directly on Lake Brienz. The sanitary facilities are super clean, even in a mini size for children. From the campsite you can walk to Brienz in a good 20-30 minutes and from there you have various excursion options.
