"Wonderful and atmospheric week - We received a very friendly welcome at reception. The campsite scores with its beautiful location. It is located directly on the Savinja. We were able to go on wonderful bike trips from there. The pitches are large, both sunny and shady and you can choose your own. The campsite is very suitable for senior citizens and families with children as well as for young people, with a swimming lake and climbing garden for adventure. We were pleasantly struck by the very friendly manager, who always has the well-being of his guests at heart. We can recommend the campsite and look forward to our next visit.

"Fantastic campsite - We enjoyed the food in the restaurant several times. Very tasty. Super nice service. The boss takes the time to give us tips for exploring the surrounding area. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful time.

"Top campsite - great owner 👍 - We were at the campsite with 9 families - 15 adults and 17 children and had a great time despite the intermittent rain - not least because of the great and super helpful owner Jure and his wife! He gave us great tips about the region, brought local schnapps to the other end of the campsite in the evening in the pouring rain to motivate us to keep going, helped us fill up muddy spots in the camp after the constant rain and even organized a car repair shop for us on a Saturday to fix our VW bus that had broken down the night before! The campsite is beautifully laid out and there's lots to do and discover for children and adults alike - on our own climbing course, driving a Kettcar on the fantastic playground, at the lake and by the river. There was also plenty of room for large groups at long tables in the restaurant and the whole crew on site always had a smile on their faces!!!

"Top holidays even in bad weather - First time in the camp for many years. We used the campsite's wooden house with jacuzzi. Despite the bad weather, a pleasant and active weekend break. The Jacuzzi was perfect for such weather. The house has electric radiators and air conditioning, which we used for heating in the evenings. Huge covered outdoor terrace with table, chairs and sofa which we didn't use this time. Possibility to cook inside or outside, as the house has an outdoor gas cooker and an indoor electric cooker. All the equipment in the house is on their website. There is a restaurant in the campsite with very tasty food. This time we had fun in the adrenaline park, and next time we will use the mini lake that is in the campsite and the Savinja river near the campsite for the water activities that the campsite offers and organises.

Kamp Menina is placed in the perfect location for a campsite. Away from traffic and busy roads, just by the pure Alpine river Savinja, with lots of forest around the site and it’s own swim lake. So swimming, water sports …and fishing are available just on the campsite. Warm hearted personel and a cosy atmosphere give campsite Menina a friendly and personal touch for making your holidays happy and unforgettable. Just by the campsite there is also a sport park with all kinds of sport fields, and on and around the lake we offer all kind of water fun. We have a beautiful sauna and offer massages. For kids we have special children animation en for teenagers a nice open fire place to hang out! Welcome to our small paradise and make your holidays as active as possible!
