"Family-friendly oasis of peace - A great family campsite that is not overcrowded and therefore offers plenty of peace and quiet. The spacious, well-kept pitches also contribute to this. From many pitches you have an elevated view of the Baltic Sea, which really is a dream. Spacious playgrounds with bouncy cushions, trampoline etc. A petting zoo and swimming pool offer perfect entertainment for children. There are also several very large meadow areas, dog exercise areas and a large camping site. The site offers enough space for everyone. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated and were cleaned in the morning. But basically okay. There is also a small store. It's a shame that there is no snack bar or anything similar. To sum up, a great place that is a bit of a sleeping beauty. On the one hand it offers peace and quiet, on the other hand it is waiting to be awakened, because the offer is complete. The campsite is right on the beach. Two jetties can be used. A clear recommendation.

"Beautiful place - Actually a very nice place with very friendly staff. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is borderline. Definitely not at 5-star level. Unfortunately, this remained the case even when there were very few guests on the pitch.

"Clean, great infrastructure, super playground...but not quite cheap... - The best thing about this campsite is definitely the great facilities for children up to the age of 12 - the playground is really wonderful, is centrally located and has a lot to offer (bouncy cushions, water play area, zip wire and much more). The pool behind it (included in the price) is also good, as is the petting zoo. But despite everything we found the place a bit too expensive, we didn't want to stay more than one night. The beach wasn't that nice, there wasn't really much going on there either. Which of course doesn't happen that often and we were probably just unlucky: on Sunday morning, Zirkus Krone drove onto the meadow next to us at half past seven in the morning with lots of trucks and caravans and the peace and quiet on the otherwise beautiful pitch close to the beach was unfortunately over. Above all, I can't understand why you have to leave the engines of individual vehicles running for hours while setting up. Loud and smelly, it really spoiled my breakfast in the sun. The beach spots are otherwise quiet with beautiful sea views, but it is also very windy there. We probably just got there at the wrong time. We then "fled" from the circus.

"The best campsite.... - ... that we have ever visited!!! Dream location, the pitch we selected and pre-booked online was very large, bordered by thick hedges and right on the Baltic Sea. Very large sanitary buildings, which were super clean at any time of day/night, heated even in August because of the cold and entertained with a radio program. Special mention should be made of the leisure facilities for all age groups, such as the pool area, horses, BMX ROCK, trampolines (one of them even in the sea), football billiards, Kettcars, football and volleyball pitch, cinema room where even German-language films are shown, rental of board games and DVDs and, and, and, and... Kerteminde with all supermarkets and stores is 10 km away, Odense is 35 km away, so that a cultural program does not have to be neglected. We think the (high) price of the campsite is justified for what is on offer and will definitely be back!!!

"Our first vacation in Denmark - We stayed at the site for 3 weeks with WW in summer 2015. Arrival and check-in very professional and friendly. We liked our pitch right on the beach, protected by a hedge. The place was great for the children (10/12). Lots of leisure activities, lots of other children (also German-speaking). Everything in mostly good condition. Car traffic with heavy dust development on the square I found disturbing. I can't say anything about WLAN + satellite reception. The pebble beach was a bit disappointing as it was very narrow and overgrown. The water was great and very shallow far out. We had a sailing dinghy with us and were the only sailors otherwise just anglers. But the area is great. The infrastructure with slipway and parking spaces for the boats is great. There is no network of cycle paths. Our conclusion: campsite good but expensive, Denmark too expensive overall.

Camp Hverringe is located directly on the Great Belt, with plenty of space. Here you will find spacious pitches. Some next to the playground and some right by the sea. Our sanitary facilities are modern and clean. There is plenty …to do here throughout the season. Large playground, petting zoo, football golf, sit-on-top kayaks, disc golf, archery, clock golf, board games, outdoor fitness equipment, trampolines, bouncy cushions, football pool and much more. In summer you can also enjoy our pool, water trampoline and beach. The site is large, so it is always possible to find a quiet spot, even in the high season. Dogs are always welcome and we offer free-range enclosures and dog showers. Your four-legged friend is also welcome on the beach if he is on a lead. If you come with a camper we have fortified pitches in several places, also close to the beach. We also have pitches with and without selectricity, outside the campsite, where you can also buy access to the campsite. Our prices include hot water in the bathroom and kitchen and access to the pool. Electricity is paid by the meter. You can also rent cabins, shelters and safari tents from us.
