"Nice, relaxing days spent - We were received and treated in a very friendly manner. The site was very clean overall. There were all kinds of opportunities for activities and excursions. Restaurants and supermarket were within walking distance. It was pleasantly quiet. Nice place to get to know Lake Como.

"Super campsite to feel good - We had a front row seat and would have loved to stay longer. But after 9 days we had to move on 😌, but will definitely be back at the next opportunity. Alessio and his family take great care of the guests so that nothing is missing. You can make great excursions from here or just go hiking or cycling. All in all, simply beautiful. Sigrid and Paul

"Small but nice - At Lake Como, with its mass tourism, we expected to find just such a campsite. But far from it. A cute little site is hidden between the road through the town and the lake. It is run by very friendly and helpful people. The site is very clean. You can get to the lake and the village (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) quickly. And all this at a very reasonable price.

Profile

Camping Solarium is located in Domaso on Lake Como, just a few metres from the lake. Once you leave the main road and continue towards the lake, you will reach the Camping Solarium reception. (WE DO NOT HAVE A RECEPTION …NEAR THE ROAD, CONTINUE STRAIGHT ON TO THE LAKE) The campsite, covering more than 8,000 square metres, has shaded and sunny pitches for outdoor parking, as well as comfortable apartments and bungalows, which are not equipped with air conditioning. The facility, which began as a family business and is still run by the new generation today, boasts more than fifty years of experience in the sector and is always ready to meet the needs of its customers. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the lake, a bar/lounge and a small market. Services include free Wi-Fi, children's games both in the indoor lounge area and outside the property but still within the campsite, and toilets without toilet paper but available on request. Your dog can stay with you free of charge, except during the high season when there is a charge. Opposite the campsite is a large, beautiful beach with direct access to the lake. You can enjoy this wonderful view even on rainy days, thanks to a large covered terrace and an indoor lounge. Parents can enjoy a drink while watching their children play in the new playground, built in 2023, located right in front of the terrace. Near the campsite, you can go hiking or mountain biking, stop at bars, restaurants and pizzerias. There are supermarkets, bus stops and a stop for boat or hydrofoil trips to visit the beauty of Lake Como and admire the nearby landscapes.
