- JPJones P.Αύγουστος 2026Not the best but acceptable for a couple of daysI was really unhappy about this site. We were late to site due to the pass road being shut. We got there just before reception closed. We were pitched on a pitch that really isn’t suitable for anything other than a tent. I believe it’s an extra pitch that’s been created out of a small patch of grass... on the end. It only had a 6amp EHU. The site was also riddled with wasps. I wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately.
Positives. (There were some)
The shower block is immaculate. Innsbrook is a must.
On the site a member of the site staff (Martin) couldn’t do enough for us and should be rewarded. He resolved our electricity issue by moving next door to another EHU to give us 16amp.
I think part of the issue was the caravan club but the site couldn’t help resolve the issue as they were full to the seems. Staff friendly and helpful but nothing they could do. The lake was refreshing, though there was a very fishy smell from the koi!
However, our luxury site, W105, had a sewage silo that gave off an extremely strong odor. Sitting outside was quite a challenge, so in our opinion,... this isn’t a luxury site! This should be taken into account! There were also pump silos on site. Work was being done there yesterday and today! Just one huge downside: a terrible wasp infestation. Because of this, our vacation with 5 kids wasn’t very relaxing. There were wasps at our accommodations and at the pool. We couldn’t even go out for ice cream.... It was really dangerous. We called the staff, but there was no solution. Also, there wasn’t enough room for our car on the site, so we had to park outside, where spots were often taken. There’s also a great restaurant/pizzeria and a campground store with fresh, delicious pastries and baked goods. We stayed there for 3 weeks, but we noticed that the campground is largely used as a stopover. That made it a bit harder for our daughter to make friends. No way to ventilate (additional window)Great experienceGreat campground! The lodge is super cozy, and when the weather is nice, you can relax on the daybed or the lounge furniture. It’s a bit tricky when it rains—but then it quickly gets very cozy inside the lodge.
The bus service to Innsbruck works perfectly (about 20 minutes, every hour), but the last... bus back leaves as early as 8 p.m. You’ll want to keep that in mind if you plan to stay out late in the evening.
Breakfast is basic, but you really have everything you need for a good start to the day.
Otherwise, the grounds are very clean and all the staff are super friendly.

Ook paste onze (camping) elektra kabel niet en moest er een verloopstuk geleend worden van een andere gast (de elektrakast had geen camping (blauw) aansluitingen). Vonden het een beetje rommelige, overvolle camping. Wel fijn dat er gezwommen kon worden in de Natterer See. - DWDenise W.Ιούλιος 2026A very nice campgroundWe had a wonderful stay all around and can wholeheartedly recommend this campground.
The entire grounds are very well-maintained and clean; the restrooms were cleaned regularly and were always in top condition.
We also really enjoyed the restaurant, and the swimming lake is perfect for relaxing.
A special... highlight was our panoramic campsite.
The name truly lives up to its promise—the view of the mountains is simply breathtaking and enriched our vacation anew every day.
There are a few minor points, however: In the evening, events such as movie screenings or karaoke take place at the Panorama window above the showers. These could be heard clearly all the way to our campsite through the loudspeakers. Children also sometimes played there until late in the evening, which made it a bit noisier. Additionally, there are only two washing machines available per restroom building. Especially during peak season, a few additional laundry options could further improve the comfort.
All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and felt very comfortable. There wasn’t any space for our own belongings.
The campground restaurant is good, and there’s a nice swimming lake nearby.

We received a warm welcome. The sleeping barrel was clean and very cozy. The restrooms were very well-maintained and really well thought out. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The only thing we found disappointing was that the website said you could rent stand-up paddleboards, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. - AKAlla K.Ιούλιος 2026Любимое местоЯ приезжаю с сыном уже четвертый год и не планирую останавливаться:) Кэмпинг создан с душой и поддерживается со стараниями - это видно. Очень чистая, ухоженная территория, отсутствие шума и громких компаний и при этом, нет ощущения что это пансион для преклонного возраста ;). Я регулярно бронирую дом-бочку... из дерева, хотелось бы однажды приехать на трейлере с семьей.
Природа невероятной красоты, в доступе , ресепшен - супер миловидный приятный персонал.
Не могу поставить пятерку из за кафе, потому что персонал уставший и некомпетентный, хотя некоторые сотрудники, официанты очень стараются. Я пыталась узнать прежде чем сесть за столик - есть ли в наличии томатный суп, вместо ответа мне предлагали сесть и одновременно трижды повторили что суп на вынос не готовят, хотя я даже не имела ввиду еду на вынос. Пицца пиццей не являлась - было кинуты небрежно шампиньоны, которые не прожарились и остатки сыра - такое ощущение что пицца была остывшей и ее заново разогрели или не доготовили - не могу понять.
