Extremely unfriendly
The administration made a mistake when confirming a change of accommodation and admitted this without further ado. Unfortunately, we lost an entire vacation day due to this mistake. When I tried to solve the problem constructively at the reception, I was treated extremely rudely by the employee and she... only assured me that she had made a mistake, but neither listened to me nor made a single suggestion to solve the problem. She then called in her superior (an extremely unpleasant man). He then just threatened to send us away and constantly shouted "Stop". Only the threat of the police meant that we were at least listened to and compensated with vouchers. The problem was not solved, the staff did not apologize and I can only recommend everyone to be just as difficult, stubborn and arrogant as the staff when dealing with problems at reception.
