Booking only via online procedure, no reference to ACSI there, e-mails are not accepted, cancellation conditions and cancellation procedure not clear and present on the website. Overall complicated procedures

I am disappointed with this campsite, which is certainly in a beautiful location. My partner had a stroke a few days before the booked and partly prepaid stay and is in hospital. Neither cancellation conditions nor any information on how and where to cancel can be found on the website. Only if you go... to the bottom of the website and look at the general terms and conditions, which are not very prominent, can you find the cancellation conditions. The advance payment is also retained in a case like ours. I don't think it's right at all if you have to cancel a booking for medical reasons. Anyway, a place I will certainly never visit again!

Oh yes, emails are only answered after a complaint! Not very professional !

This place deserves to be called magical! Beautifully situated in a vast area of natural woodland, directly adjacent to the equally enchanting Giessenpark. The tenants have created the square, restaurant and small niches with a lot of love, innovation and passion. Unfortunately, the tenant is changing... in 2024, so let's hope that the charm remains. For campers, entry to the outdoor swimming pool directly on the site is free. Restaurant available, sanitary facilities clean, bright and friendly. No store, but you can be in the middle of Bad Ragaz in a few minutes by bike. Depending on the wind, you can hear a slight roar from the highway, but we didn't find this disturbing.
