Quadenoord Nature Campsite is a unique campsite on a historic estate between the Veluwe and the Lower Rhine, in the middle of a Natura 2000 area. Since 1926, lovers of peace, space and nature have been camping here, making Quadenoord …one of the oldest nature campsites in the Netherlands. The spacious pitches are located in the forest; choose your own spot. There is no electricity or Wi-Fi on your pitch, but you do have the luxury of silence and a pure, almost self-sufficient experience. The surrounding area offers walking, cycling and horse riding trails, museums, parks, heathland and floodplains, including the Kröller-Müller Museum, De Hoge Veluwe, the Ginkelse Heide and the Rhine floodplains. The estate features a sculpture garden and sculpture workshops. Campervans up to 6.5 metres are welcome. For larger campervans, we have separate, fully self-sufficient (!!) campervan pitches, but still in the middle of the forest. There is a bread service, charging points on site and horse stabling. During the week, in the low season, you often have the campsite almost to yourself. Quadenoord is camping in its purest form.

Enter Bosweg Renkum into your satnav and then drive along the unpaved road to Quadenoord 4, ignoring the signs saying “dead end” and “local traffic only”. Turn right there towards the campsite. Drive a little further and you will see …the campsite on your right. Park your car in the car park and find a spot on the campsite.
