The campsite is beautifully laid out in terraces, with a large, varied tree population. The sanitary buildings are well distributed across the site, not brand new, but always clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The town can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, but the site is still very quiet. There is a swimming pool and other good infrastructure.

Unfortunately, there are no charging facilities for electric cars - which should actually be a concern for Huttopia
Beautiful complex close to the city
Our second visit to this site after several years did not disappoint. The site is wonderful and well maintained. An excellent starting point for exploring Sarlat and the Perigord Noir. Some of the paths to the higher pitches are very steep and difficult to access for larger motorhomes or caravans. The operator is apparently in the process of setting up more pitches for larger vehicles. There was no problem with our small caravan.

Camping site with special features
Lack of signposting on the site, adventurous search for a pitch, poor road network, only recommended to a limited extent for larger caravans and Womo, rustic sanitary facilities, an imposition in bad weather, reception overwhelmed when selecting a pitch for the camping vehicle.

Friendly, responsive staff. 3 swimming pools. Quiet, natural setting. Ideal for hiking and road biking. Greenway (Leclerc).
Negativ
Lively poolside carelage that hurts your feet. Access to campsite (coast) & accommodation. Lack of activities. Convenience store too small.
Good welcome but could do better
The campsite is very hilly, and access to the accommodation is more or less easy (sloping, long steps, etc.). The welcome and responsiveness of the staff is excellent. The campsite is clean and tidy. The tent for 5 is clean and well equipped, but lacks storage space (none). With 3 people, we were just... as comfortable as we should have been, but I'm not sure if 5 people would have been as comfortable. Bread and viennoiserie delivery to be ordered the day before - very practical. The town center is 1015 min away on foot but on a slope (uphill return). Swimming pools - broken tiles - in need of renovation. Heated area but I'm not sure the pool water is. Supérette: very small and therefore expensive. It can only be a supplement. Activities: almost identical over the 2 weeks of our stay. Few activities. No activities for children. The morning activity for children has not yet been tested. July 2017 in a sweet + tent.
