Familiar, huge terrain for bikers, new sanitary facilities, very clean, with bread roll service, the opposite of a commercial site, nice, friendly, polite staff

for our purposes (small camper van and long weekend) ideally suited...
Short vacation in late summer
The site is run by a Christian community, which is largely based on voluntary work. There is a huge stock of fruit trees on the site, which we were allowed to use for our own consumption. The whole area is very extensive, with several 2-5 km long hiking trails around the area. It is also possible to... book meals, but we didn't make use of this.
The sanitary facilities were refurbished in 2025 and are spotless.
All the staff (some annual interns) are very courteous and friendly.
Located in a rural, secluded setting, a lovely place to slow down...
For families with children: there is plenty of opportunity to run around, animals to pet, playground, campfire,...
