I was in early September.camping neat, sanitary facilities ok.small store stocked with basic goods, water and alcohol.fresh bread.tavern ok,great sea and beach.
The owner is not very friendly, although harmless, as if tourists were a necessary evil, but she takes care of everything.

We stayed from 12 to 15/05 the campsite all clean by the sea, nn you can expect anything else in consideration at the campsite!!! BUT!!! CORDIALITY is SIMPATIA characteristic to the Greek people and ended a little before the camping ANTIPATIC (notaese well written in capitals not by mistake!!) A little sweet to these people would not hurt her

Restaurant on site not very inviting; few toilets with seats - but it doesn't matter because most guests use the toilet in their own camper ...
tidy campsite with good site management
We were on the site for 5 nights at the beginning of July and got one of the few free pitches in the 2nd row to the beach; the neighbors were also there with a tent, so we were not surrounded by white camper walls ... The site was almost full, with campervans and caravans from SLO, PL and BG dominating... the scene. The minimarket at the site was well stocked; there were communal fridges, which were pretty full as usual, and good washing facilities for dishes and clothes. Neos Marmaras is close by and there are good supermarkets on the bypass with a good selection, including fresh meat and fish. The site management was always on the go and took care of things - very pleasant. The restaurant on site was not very inviting - the bar a little above was much nicer with a great view over the bay ... but unfortunately only sandwiches and various drinks there - why? If we're in the area again, we'll be happy to return to the campsite.

Not bad at all
Camping Stavros is a good 8 km from Neos Marmaras. With a motorhome you need at least a scooter to drive into the village. In August it is very full, occupied by Greeks, Bulgarians, Italians and Serbs. The pitches are very small (7m mobile and awning - and the pitch is full). The manager was very nice... and friendly towards us. The sanitary facilities are of the same standard as they were 25 years ago, but are generally clean, as the scrubbing fairies are tireless. But the cleanliness is also down to the users. However, the days of open washbasins in open rooms are long gone. There are washing machines and fridges and freezers for the campers. The beach is narrow and is occupied by the sunbeds of long-term and permanent campers. You can eat quite reasonably in the restaurant, but the prices for drinks in the adjoining Hotel Porto Elena are totally overpriced. The store sells many things at moderate prices and is open late. The bay is absolutely fantastic for swimming etc.

Nice camping with a huge drawback - an arrogant, neurotic and rude lady owner. Chances are there will e problems with your booking, just like us, as the lady is obviously uncapable of managing guest accommodation. She shall not admit it , nor apologise. Fingers crossed you will not have to leave earlier... (we had to as the weather got worse and a cyclone was approaching causing floods and casualties in he southern Greece). We were blamed of incorrectness, the exact words were: ' No matter if it rains or snows, you still have to keep the booking dates!' We were also told never to come back to her camping. We definitely will not and we would advise you not to go there either. What a pity that her despicable behaviour ruined our nice stay in this rather decent camping.

Secluded Quiet
A very well-kept and tidy site. The beach is narrow and many of the campers leave their sun loungers, chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Half the bay is parked up with motorboats. The full campsite (August) is also very narrow. The store is cheap and open late. The nights are quiet. A place for families. Children are allowed to cycle. Those who love order will feel at home there.

Very nice, clean quiet,campsite,friendly service,perfect swimming without urchins with sandy beach.On site shop and restaurant.We were with children 4 and 2,5 years in a tent about 20m from the sea,perfect.Could be better children's corner.

Very quiet and secluded site in a small bay. Plenty of shade on the pitches due to tall trees. Beach not very wide but sufficient. The sanitary facilities are clean and sufficient. The taverna offers good food at reasonable prices. There is another taverna next to the site which we would recommend. There is also a small store offering the essentials. We were delighted with the place.
